* 해변 근처에 있는 호텔입니다. 그리고 많은 레스토랑과 알파, 인도마트 등이 있어서 음식을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다... * 호텔에 아침 식사 옵션이 없습니다. * 침대가 더럽습니다. * 수건이 더럽습니다. * 온수가 나오지 않습니다.

앞에서 보면 오래된 호텔이라 관리가 안 된 것처럼 보이지만, 막상 들어가보면 쾌적하고 호텔 내부 환경도 깨끗하고, 객실과 수영장도 깨끗합니다. 호텔 위치는 세미냑 해변, 여러 미니마켓, 상점, 카페와 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 주변은 항상 붐비지만 호텔 내부는 편안하고 조용하며, 가족 호텔에 적합하며, 시설이 완벽하고, 각 객실 앞에 수건걸이가 있고, 휴식을 취할 수 있는 정원과 테라스가 있으며, 욕조와 미니 냉장고가 있습니다.

해변가 위치와 저렴한 가격, 정말 큰 방.

Tempat dekat pantai, akses mudah, pelayanan ramah, owner-nya juga ramah, untuk keluarga ok banget dan kalau ke Bali pasti akan menginap di sini.

Very rundown, did not use any cleaning products in rooms (we watched for 3 cleans) We stayed due to not having money to re book somewhere else. Others left. We had 2 rooms, 1 aircon just worked. We could only get in one door. Pool man hole open for days, just very run down see photos we were not expecting a resort, having been to Bali 15 times before. Gardens were nice. We tried to talk to the man behind the counter who was there all the time. He said come back later and talk to the manager. Later maybe 2pm we kept our eye open for the manager, he never appeared.

Pemilik sangat care dengan pengalaman tamu. Pihak staff ramah. Ada ketidaknyamanan sedikit dengan kamar, tapi pihak hotel sudah mengayomi dan akan direnov. Terima kasih untuk komitmennya untuk improve pelayanannya.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great location to beach. Hot water is working and rooms are wide. We book for a family and get connected rooms. Hope they will get better after pandemic hit.

The information on the app is not accurate no bathtub and breakfast was given. The hotel was awesome and cosy. But disappointed with the wrong info given by the agent.

Gelap, bau lembab, tidak nyaman. Tempat bagus, depan pantai double6, tapi hotelnya sudah tua, perawatan kurang bagus.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di tepi pantai seminyak, kalau mau main di pantai sangat dekat, pemilinya pak suta sangat ramah dan membantu, Ada musik pada hari minggu sore di capehotel.

Saya pesan yang lengkap sarapan, tapi ternyata sarapannya tidak tersedia.

Kondisi kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto pada aplikasi. Tidak ada bath up. Air panas di shower tidk ada, sarapan payah, seperti bintang 1, Namun harga kemahalan untuk bintang. 1. wardrobe dalam kamar dengan partisi tampak pada foto, kenyataannya tidak ada. tidak ada shampoo, Tidak ada sabun cair untuk mandi.

The room smells, too many mosquitos, we cant sleep the first night, the staff were unfriendly and lazy, we ask many times for cleaning the room, but when we came bck the room still in mess. we need to spray our own room with mosquito spray so that our 2nd night can sleep well. such a terrible old hotel with med price Breakfast was so so, and poor conditions, for the price we paid, was really terrible service! #unhappy guests

Puri naga is an old and dilapidated resort worthy for retirees only. The room is not secure with manual key and wooden bolt through the door, no toiletries, room is noisy and can hear neighbour room. Water pressure in toilet is low, hot water supply is down to a trickle. Power sockets are damaged, not even sure if safe to use. Toilet flushing hardly has any water, no bidet and water pressure for autowash is low . This resort is not for the modern living couple or families. 😤😠

Alat mandi tanpa sikat gigi, shampo, sendal hotel tidak ada, telepon kamar tidak ada, di iklan ada bathtub ternyata pancuran, sarapan hanya nasi goreng. Tidak sesuai dengan harga yang dibayarkan. Not recommended.

No in-house telephone. It is very hard to contact to front office. No slippers in the room, the water (showers) is so weak. No hot water, may be broken. The maintenance is poor. How could they rate this hotel 3 stars

WiFi lemot, hotel bangunan lama tidak terlalu terawat dengan baik, AC bocor, dan tidak dingin.

I didn’t stay at Puri Naga because the condition is different with photos that tag at app. I feel really disappointed. We’ve checked out soon after check in and found rooms didn’t like as we are thinking. Please give back our money that we paid. Thank you.
