호텔 리뷰는 잘 안 쓰는데, 이번에는 써야겠어요. 이건 제가 경험한 최악의 호텔 경험이었어요. 도착하자마자 문제가 시작되어 점점 더 심해졌어요. 첫째, 체크인 시간이 지나서 도착했는데도 프런트 직원이 아직 청소 중이던 방 열쇠를 건네줬어요. 방에 들어가 보니 하우스키핑 직원이 아직 안에 있었어요. 돌아서 로비로 돌아와서 방이 준비될 때까지 꽤 오랜 시간을 기다려야 했어요. 침대는 불편하고 딱딱했지만, 방에 빈대가 있다는 사실에 비하면 사소한 문제였어요. 양쪽 다리에 남은 물린 자국이 정말 끔찍했어요. 이 심각한 건강 및 안전 문제를 보고하기 위해 즉시 호텔에 연락했어요. 경영진은 제가 처음 보낸 이메일에는 답장을 줬지만, 이후 모든 후속 조치는 완전히 무시했어요. 이런 소통 부족과 고객 안전을 완전히 무시하는 태도는 용납할 수 없어요. 그러니 제가 겪었던 일을 겪고 싶지 않다면 이곳을 피하세요.

넓고 편안하지만 개선할 점이 거의 없습니다. 이드 아드하 기간 동안 2박을 묵었습니다. 침실 청결 상태는 훌륭했고 바닥은 반짝반짝했지만 침대/소파 소재(패브릭)가 약간 낡았고 곰팡이/먼지 냄새가 났습니다. 모든 조명은 정상 작동했지만 소파 옆 사이드 조명만 작동했습니다. 객실에는 큰 욕조가 있지만 욕실 바닥에 물이 고여 있습니다. 아침 식사는 그다지 만족스럽지 않았지만, Bungamas Cafe의 장작 피자, 파스타 등 호텔 내 메뉴는 가격도 적당하고 정말 맛있었습니다.

객실이 넓고 깨끗하며 에어컨이 잘 작동하고 음식이 맛있고 자연과 가깝고 밤에 수영장 근처에서 바다 파도 소리를 들으며 별을 바라볼 수 있습니다. 추천합니다.

직원들은 굉장하고, 음식은 종종 선택이 불가능하고, 야채가 부족하거나 전혀 없고, 셔틀 서비스는 훌륭하고, 청소는 환상적이고, 룸 서비스는 매일 제공됩니다 😄. 감사합니다.

Great hotel with variable service. Kids love the swimming pool, I love the beach and hotel bar. We all love the pizza and the almost never available double beef burger. Quite far from town, so hit the supermarket before you come.

Check in: room only ready at 3.pm Room: spacious and clean. Shower head too old and look dirty. A noisy air-condition. Breakfast: lack of choice. Taste 4/10. If get room rate without breakfast, much better. Beach: the best spot for sunset view. Lobby: Awesome. Got shuttle to town

Front desk should've great attitude and excellent customer service practices. This place have such a nice ambience and view but when you came in at the first place that will represent the whole experience of staying in a hotel is good attitude by frontliners. During my stay, that was a very hectic weekend in there due marathon event or something, I came to check in , and it took me about 30 mins bcuz they're having problem with their rooms booking, I booked for deluxe king but then they offered me for deluxe queen room their reason is they don't have any deluxe king already, they said the price is the same?? Do you think its reasonable? In the first place, if you run out of that room types you shouldn't let it still open for booking , and the frontliners have arguments in front of customers with a black faces and not even a smile, this is totally ruined my whole stay. They ended up put me in a connecting room where I can hear another family stay in the next room with a chaotic child situation. I came here just to have my beauty sleep for a day since my outstation trip in Labuan never let me rest my mind and now I even had a bad day. I've been in a hospitality industry for about 8 years and been travelled and stay in budget and even most luxurious hotel, but this hotel totally should've well trained staff to sit in front desk. Otherwise the view and great place wasn't enough to make returned customers. Some budget hotels have way better standards than this place.

Huge suite room, with separate living room. Beach views, great beach and hotel bar, decent food, cheap beer. A few mosquitos around, but didn't really bother us. Great pool. Friendly, but untrained staff. Overall had a great stay. Will be back.

Services is not good. TV channel almost unreached..don't have laundry bag..but environment & view its so nice

Overall it was very good. The only downside is that they say guest will receive complimentary welcome drink, but it was not there. 4/5 for me

Good place but kinda old, bathtub can't be used and place have cockroaches.
