We was stay for 2 nights. at the first night we stay at the 22B villa that looks like not well maintain. there are dust in furniture, and the TV doesn't work. In the morning we got electricity issue and report to the staff. they are offer us to move to 22A villa. 22A villa is more better than 22B villa. TV is working, but furniture still dusty.. then we continue the 2nd night at 22A Villa. Cons : - Staff did not Well Prepared - some of dust on the furniture - electricity issue Pros : - Staff was willingfull to help - Fast response staff - well design villa - convenient car parking inside the villa

Real private villa. For family or couples. But they should edit their location on Google map

Simple word perfect, only one information need to be updated, at app the villa area is set 160m2 in actual it less than 100m2. So when arrieved we expect something bigger, quite disappointing but since everything is marvellous it doesn't really matter.

Semuanya baik, cuma sayang breakfast-nya yang masih kurang baik penyajiannya maupun rasanya.

Sangat mengecewakan di awal kedatangan, karena tidak ada konfirmasi terlebih dahulu atas pemindahan dari taman sari vilas ke tempat lain. Dan pihak taman sari vilas sangat sulit untuk dihubungi.

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga dan honeymoon. Tempatnya lumayan terjangkau, pelayanannya juga sangat ramah.

Positifnya: tempat privasi banget, kolam renang lumayan, desain artistik, kamar luas. negatifnya: alamat susah dicari, petugasnya tidak stay di tempat, telepon susah banget dihubungin (saya muter2 sampai 1 jam. untung driver online nya baik mau anter saya sampai nyampe kesana), kompor tidak nyala karena tidak ada gasnya, tv nya warnanya hitam putih mungkin rusak. oh dan satu lagi. banyak nyamuk jadi harus standby soffel atau autan. sudah bakar obat nyamuk juga tetep tidak mempan.

Setibanya disana, kami ditawakan free upgrade ke D’Wina villa kuta. D’Wina villa sangat bagus dan nyaman. Para staffnya ramah ramah. Fasilitas lengkap dan ok. Terima kasih

Menginap 4 hari 3 malam di taman sari villa kerobokan. Tempatnya nyaman, private, bersih dan luas. Kolam renangnya lumayan gede dan kedalamannya cukup dan yang terpenting bersih. Jadi mau renang tiap hari juga ngga risih. Air panas, ac, tv, telfon, kulkas, dan dapur alat-alat masak dan makannya berfungsi dengan baik. Staffnya juga ramah dan pelayanannya bagus. Tiap hari bisa request untuk dibersihkan. Kekurangannya cuma di lokasi aja. Lokasi private tapi mau ke utara jauh ke selatan juga jauh dan nyarinya juga susah. Saran dari kami kalau menginap disini pas nyari tempatnya bilang aja ke jalan taman sari no 22a biar lebih gampang dicari tempatnya. Tapi overall nyaman banget buat yang lagi bulan madu. Recomended.

Tempatnya nyaman, bagus, cuma untuk sarung bantal ada sedikit nodanya, tapi it's okay, secara keseluruhan memuaskan.

Swimming pool, bedroom, dining room and bathroom are actually as shown and they're all clean. I love how private the villa feels. The only downfall is probably that the shower shoots inconsistent temperatures of water, we had both hot and cold water spraying so it was a little uncomfortable. Other than that I'm definitely recommending it to my friends and family. Note that the swimming pool could be a little dangerous if you're staying with little children.
