아주 편안한 숙소였습니다. 즐거운 시간 보냈어요. 다음에 또 방문할게요.

호텔에 미리 전화해서 엑스트라 베드가 제공될 거라고 확인했는데, 늦게 도착해서 요청을 들어줄 수 없다고 해서 정말 실망스러웠습니다. TV도 너무 작아서 기대했던 것과 달랐습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

괜찮은 호텔입니다. 꽤 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 최소한으로 수용 가능한 수준은 되어 꽤 편안했습니다.

모든 것이 괜찮고 머물기 좋은 곳이에요.

이 근처에서 업무 목적으로 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 객실은 넓고 청결도 괜찮았습니다. 투숙객은 무료 주차를 했고, 아침 일찍 나가서 아침 식사를 하지 않았습니다.

훌륭한 호텔! 숙박에 만족합니다. 객실로 바로 갈 수 있어서 매우 편리한 주차장입니다.

This hotel is great for outstation gateways, and every staff is well in communication. Another thing to share is, the hotel does not provide the toothbrush set.

Front desk bad services, request pillow no pillow, basic dental kit no serve, water pressure low. Really bad hotel.

Very limited TV channel. Bathroom floor very slippery. No qibla direction in room. Room condition even old stuffs and decorations but acceptable, everything are working. Bath tub a bit dirty. Parking is free but need to validate card at reception (touch and go/debit card/credit card). Make sure to touch card when exit parking even though the barrier is open.

Very low efficiency of customer handling at front office.

Keperluan seperti berus gigi, sanitary bag tak disediakan, flush jamban 2 kali baru toilet bersih. Perabot boleh tukar baru, masih old school, keadaaan hiasan dalaman bilik perlu di-update ikut peredaran zaman.

We are glad that the hotel allow us to check in early when the rooms was available and most importantly they gave us rooms on the highest floor as requested and it was clean and the air conditioning was all working fine. My family of 6 paxs booked 3 rooms and we had adjourning rooms and very quiet as we didn't face the front of the main road.

Breakfast vouchers was given by staff when check in but was asked to pay later during breakfast. Hotel staff was not professional enough to handle such incident. Furthermore, the breakfast quality is not worth for RM28. Food variaty was very limited.
