리셉션 직원은 괜찮았습니다. 처음에는 아래층 방을 배정받았는데, 방이 작아서 슈퍼싱글 침대가 아니라 싱글 침대였습니다. 침대 옆에 큰 거울이 있어서 불편했습니다. 더 편안한 위층 방으로 옮겼습니다. 다만 샤워할 때 바닥 배수구가 막힌 것 같았고, 물이 바닥 배수구로 내려가는 속도가 느렸습니다.

Staff ok, but request bilik 1 bed king, dia bagi twin. Saya ada anak kecil, kasian anak-anak nak tidor tak muat.

Bilik waktu check in tak boleh lock (lock sliding door tiada). Terus minta tukar bilik. Bila masuk je electric takde. Tunggu lama dan problem tak boleh solve time tu. Tukar bilik lagi. Kali ke 3. Lampu tepi katil tak boleh off. Malas nak cakap lagi sebab dah pukul 630p.m. Balut dengan kain je ttup lampu tu. Habis mood spoil. Nak buat kerja terus tak dapat

Overall ok. Cuma pintu sliding door sangat ketat untuk buka, habaq pada reception dah dia kata maintenance dah balik sudahnya esok pun tak fix pun sampai check out. Lepas tu dengan pintu utama bilik kena hempas kuat macam suami isteri bertengkar sebab kalau tutup macam biasa dia bunyi macam alarm clock. That's all

This hotel is perfect for kids. Since the pool is situated in front of the room so it 's easy for us to monitor them without having to stay outside. Pool is open until night. The only downside is that their check in process took a very long time. I have been here twice and had to wait almost one hour for my turn.

I have been eyeing to try Dash Box for years. In LGK also. Once can cross border - straight away booked the one in Cyberjaya. 1) please hire another housekeeping. I understand most of the units are on second floor. Even male couldn’t have enough energy to carry the trolley up. That’s where I figured out the room was so dirty. I can say the floor was not clean at all. Lots of hair stuck under the sink... Towel ok - can just ask for a new one. The one I had got soo many stains. Pls do something with the housekeeping department. Both Dash Box are nice. Thanks

Everything bout this place is so perfect for short staycation. Kids will love the swimming pool and the slide. Receptionist is so professional and friendly and cater all my request. Breakfast is so delicious, it is ala carte menu but can order everything on the menu. Love the service by restaurant team. thumbs up for restaurant team 👍 But one thing, management should know that the bedsheet is so dirty. Like they didn't change the bedsheet to new one after guests check out, as I got a room that bedsheet got blood stain. I stayed in room 208 btw.

Overall okay..tapi kami dapat satu bilik yang bantal dia terlalu bau hapak...but its okay since we just stay for a day only...hope your service will be improve..cuci bilik dengan elok sebelum cust masuk..thank you for your service.
