not have teeth brush ,room not clean bed sheet not change

The room is ok. But there’s no lift. The location is good, walking distance to the Lrt station.

Don't provide elevator, wifi cant connect because the staff said when I use ip7 plus my phone can't connect, a bit weird

The service is not so good, i book for 2 person but they prepare mug in the room just 1, and they don't even have any spoon to stir the drinks, the room is too small not like in the photo.. And worse of all no elevators, I've to carry 2 heavy bag up stairs..

Small but ok, there is a few nice restaurant near there, also 7/11 24 hours and also massager in every room, that is brilliant idea.

Dirty and very small room. No lift. Some of staff unhelpful.

Location was good. Near lrt station. Ground floor staff are very noisy.

It's okay but no movie channel. And no phone inside the room to call reception.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel.

This place is no where near town or sightseeing area, indeed walking distance to train station. the room I stayed too small but clean. bathroom is fine but no lift. no choice on eatery.

Tiada lif, parking susah, tidak sesuai untuk warga tua.

Nice boutique hotel and great staffs. It's very convenient for the guests both leisure or business trip because it's just 5 mins walking from LRT Kelana Jaya station. You can reach to KL Sentral and downtown of KL in a short time. There's also a good restaurant and convenient store near the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for the tourists!

Lokasinya dekat dengan kelana jaya station memudahkan kami untuk berpergian kemana pun. Pelayan dan owner sangat baik dan perhatian pada tamu hotel.

Very bad service and no electric when I’m bathing, it's very bad

Hotel cut off the electricity 30 minutes prior to check-out time! Chasing out customers away? This is the first time that a hotel does this. It was my first experience with Sovotel and I will ban this hotel forever and tell my family and friends to not choose this hotel. Period. For those thinking of staying at this hotel, make sure to check out an hour early. Else you will pissed off.

Need to provide lift because we got a room at 3rd floor. And will be better if breakfast included.
