이 호텔 정말 좋아요. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓고 아름다워요. 수영장도 있고요. 호텔 위치가 음식 가판대 근처에 있어서 말레이시아(호텔 옆에 나시르막 가판대가 있는데 맛이 아주 좋아요), 인도 음식, 중국 음식 등 다양한 음식을 맛볼 수 있어요. 호텔은 아주 편안하고 조용해요. JB 킹크랩도 바로 근처에 있고요. 직원들도 정말 친절해요. 편안하고 행복해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있고, 마치 집처럼 편안해요. 말레이시아 여행 가시면 이 호텔 추천해요.

영어: 작동하는 엘리베이터가 하나뿐이고 리셉션은 24시간 운영되지 않습니다. 리셉션 직원이 없을 때는 경비원이 대신합니다. 호텔 같지는 않습니다. 에어비앤비와 비슷합니다. 어느 정도는요. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하지만 도착했을 때 약간 답답했습니다. 에어컨을 켜야 합니다(작동합니다!) 빠르고 빠릅니다. 4명이 머물기 위한 80제곱미터의 침실 2개에 가격은 매우 좋습니다. 훌륭한 서비스는 기대하지 마십시오. 괜찮은 숙박에는 충분합니다. 모기가 날아다니고 모기 스프레이 캔이 문제를 해결했습니다. 흠. 그리고 오. 침대는 좋습니다. 잘 잤습니다.

The hotel has a weird lobby with a small table for reception. Checking in was smooth. The rooms was so lovely, very uniquely design and decorated. The yoilet is so nice, I like it very much! However, things need to be improved for it to be better hotel. The room door doesn't have a latch to double lock it. Once the repairman open my room wo knocking. The bed is hard and only has queen size. The comforter also smells and I think its reused from previous occupants! Algae cn be seen on the shower curtain. I wud consider coming backbif they improve on the above issues.

Kotor dan jorok sekali, bantal, kasur, sprei bau semua, kulkas tidak dibersihkan, ada sisa makanan, sangat bau. Semoga dilakukan perbaikan segera.

Receptionist is hidden behind banquet tables almost lost our way in the hotel. Someone smokes at corridor and smoke came into our room. Apartment is just beside main road and noise pollution is high. No toilet paper in toilet. Bed is making noise when we turn or move. Blood stain on bedsheet. Chair is old. Door mat is pathetic. Room is definitely spacious, finishing is posh.

Thank you for your review.. I will tell you what happened on the day of the incident. check in: 30 Sept and Check out: 1 October. Room type: Standard room (For 2 adults and 1 child under 6yrs are allowed to stay for free using existing bedding). Deposit of RM100. On the day of the incident, you came with your mother and two boys, approximately 9 years old. the hotel humbly allows you to stay in the hotel room even if you come with two children, after checking in, you and your mother and two children enter the room, after 10 minutes you go down to the lobby and leave the hotel area, after 20 minutes A married couple came with two children aged between six and 8 years old, entered the hotel area, the hotel asked where to go and the couple showed the key to your room. I have told the couple that they are not allowed to go up because they are not guests at this hotel, but they told to visit your mother and deliver the goods, for that reason I have given permission for 1 hour for them to do so and after that they have to leave the the room. at the same time the hotel has contacted you to explain the matter since you are outside the hotel. the hotel has explained to you that in fact they are not allowed to go upstairs but the hotel still humbly gives permission for one hour to your guests. after an hour your guest still didn't come down and leave the hotel room, so the hotel went up to the room to order your guest to leave the hotel room, but unfortunately no one opened the room door.. after ringing the bell several times and there was no response from the party the hotel went to the pool on the top floor of the hotel and found the mother and two children along with your guest were swimming in the pool. the total number of people bathing in the pool is seven people, the hotel has ordered your guest to get out of the pool and at the same time your mother has been angry with us for doing so.. the hotel has decided not to return the room deposit of rm100 because your guest has using the pool and all places in the hotel even though it was forbidden before that. from the beginning the hotel has treated you well. tq

The hotel room was very nice. I got the price much more cheaper using app. Just the check in and check out experience were the worse. Staff said the hotel just opened back after pkp thus they lack of staff. But the location, all are great. Hope can improve on their staff.

Kami menginap bertiga untuk 2 malam, tetapi handuk hanya disediakan 2 buah. Sabun mandi yang disediakan di kamar mandi sudah bekas pakai dan hanya tersisa 1/2 (setengah) botol kecil. Ketika esok harinya kami meminta sabun mereka tidak mengirimkan, bahkan hingga berulang kali kami meminta sabun tetapi yang diberikan malah shampoo dan lotion. Responnya juga sangat tidak masuk di akal. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan tinggal di hotel ini.

Dalaman hotel nampak luxury dan cantik sangat. Ruang tamu yang complete. Pool ada di bahagian atas. Namun beberapa kemudahan telah ditiadakan - free WiFi, tisu, hanger & some toiletries sebelum ini I pernah stay sini complete like another hotel. Tapi yang I still stay here sebab berdekatan dengan kedai makanan Melayu & halal serta kedai-kedai runcit mudah untuk membeli barangan yang diperlukan. Pada saya kedudukan strategik yang menjadi pilihan utama.

Hair on hair rubber band on the bed, definitely did not change the bed sheets. Did not clean the coffee table. Even the toilet they didn't clean up.

Hotel interior cantik tapi shower tersumbat. Air bertakung hampir melimpah ke luar bilik time mandi. Petugas yang bersihkan bilik hanya 2 orang sahaja. Kami check in bilik, tapi bilik tak siap lagi dikemas untuk check in. Bau rokok kuat gile. Pengurusan cakap team maintenance takde lagi sebab mco pkp, so diorang lah kena buat semua. Petugas kat kaunter pon sorang je. Kolam tak sure boleh mandi ke tak. Deserve 2 bintang dari 5 bintang.

Hotel price is 5 star but hospitality and facilities is not more than budget hotel, its not worth it to stay here. Water presure is very slow, no hygiene they don't change your comforter, pillow case and so on, event towel they don't change. I'm not recommend this hotel to anybody.
