친절하고 따뜻한 직원들이 인상적이었습니다. 객실 청결 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 수마이 아파트는 시내 중심부에 위치하여 테렝가누의 관광 명소와 가까워 위치가 매우 좋았습니다.

지금까지는 괜찮고 편안하며, 스탠다드룸도 크고 넓습니다.

Bilik perlu direnovation kerana terlalu uzur. Perabot perlu diganti, katil dan tilam juga perlu diganti, kesimpulannya semua perlu diganti dan dibuat pembaharuan sesuai dengan keadaan semasa.

1. aircond di ruang tamu dan di bilik tidur keluar air dengan banyak. 2. lubang bilik air (bahagian shower) tersumbat, menyebabkan air bertakung.

seems that the hotel provide the last apartment with bad condition. didn't provide floor mat. only one key card provided and 4 TV channel. breakfast just so-so. hotel building not well maintained.

It's an old hotel. Clean but most utilities and structure are old. The price for me is overrated.

아파트 정말 좋아요. 숙소도 좋고요. 방도 크고 성인 10명이 묵기에 충분했어요. 맛있는 아침 식사도 제공되었고, 가족들이 너무 좋아했어요.

여기 머무는 동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 아파트는 넓고 정말 편안했습니다. 리셉션 직원은 친절하고 전문적이었습니다. 서비스도 좋았습니다.

we chose suite room, but ended up with apartment. too big for a nite stay. room service was delicious. housekeeping didn’t start early in the morning as I needed to get my clothes to be ironed. breakfast was ok.

Unsatisfied with the room condition. I have suggestion for the hotel’s swimming pool. On the light in the pool so that it look more merrier

The rooms were old one (floor 1). the hot water not functionning in one of the toilet. the channel of tv also limited and not functionning initially. the towels were smelly. need to go by car to the beach.

Booked a room, however was offered an apartment. The gesture was thoughtful and appreciated. Unfortunately he rooms were awful; not that clean, bed/mattresses, linen were old and badly needed replacement. The sofa in the living room was in a sorry state. Not sure how old it was, but I definitely won’t use it in my living room! Hot shower was also in a bad condition. Utensils in the kitchenette were also awful, in fact I had to buy a steel scrubber and dish washing liquid to clean up the mess; old stains and rust, including in the electric kettle. Half of the lights were not functioning, both in the bedroom and living room. From my experience, lower rated hotels and budget hotels I had stayed in around KT were in better conditions. Food was not worth it! Both in selection and overall taste (Need to mention this, first time in my life I had seen flies, ants and little insects on food in a hotel! Desert section). It would be the first and last stay there for us. Sadly I did not take any photo.
