전체 평가 및 리뷰 Bukit Keluang Beach Resort

최고예요! 첫 체크인 때 아침에 침대를 받았어요 😆 침대를 요청했더니 더 큰 침대와 방을 주셨어요. 알함둘릴라! 최고의 경영진이에요. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 방과 다른 모든 게 완벽해요. 완벽해요 😬😘

방이 늦게 도착해서 4시 30분에 준비가 되어서야 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 객실 청소 직원이 한 명뿐이었기 때문입니다. 방에 수건이 없었습니다. 6시에 요청했는데 수건만 주었습니다. 3인 예약에 침대가 3개였는데 수건은 2개밖에 없었습니다. 수건을 새로 받는 데 30분이 걸렸습니다. 방의 편안함은 그저 그랬습니다. 매트리스가 꽤 나빴고 허리도 아팠습니다. 온수기도 별로였습니다. 오래전에 왔을 때와 비교하면 건물 관리와 주변 환경이 훨씬 나빠 보였습니다. 직원들이 너무 정신없고 부족해 보여서 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 여전히 친절하고 도움을 잘 주었습니다. 축하합니다. 리셉션 카운터도 관리가 잘 안 되어 있었습니다. 에어컨도 작동하지 않았습니다. 관리팀이 뭔가 조치를 취해 주세요. 아름다운 곳이 너무 마음에 듭니다.

2층 객실을 예약하고 비용을 지불했지만 패밀리 디럭스 룸을 받았습니다. 비누, 커피, 설탕, 미네랄 워터와 같은 기본적인 것은 없었습니다. TV 채널이 작동하지 않았습니다.

위치는 해변과 가까워 찾기 쉽습니다. 이 리조트는 가족 여행에는 적합하지만 개인 여행자에게는 권장되지 않습니다. 특히 성수기가 아니기 때문에 리조트 지역은 매우 조용합니다. 내부는 아주 오래된 스쿨 90년대 분위기를 풍깁니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 그날 밤 바퀴벌레가 날아다니는 것이었습니다. 제가 리셉션 직원에게 전화하려고 했을 때 방에 전화기가 없었습니다. 공포 램프를 끄고 싶습니다. 매복 공격으로 인해 마침내 잠이 들었습니다 😅 경영진이 이 리조트를 업그레이드하길 바랍니다. 그냥 유휴 상태입니다.

Staff okay and peramah. Tapi bilik kotor. Ade sampah-sampah kecik kat lantai. Air dalam bilik mandi slow. Kolam tak bersih. Selimut ngan cadar tilam patut ditukar baru, ade nyamuk kalau tak pasang ubat nyamuk.

Parking vehicle not so good, the pool also need for maintenance. No breakfast provided, the room just okfor family.

Bilik yang luas dan bersih, khidmat pelanggan yang baik, cuma fasiliti nampak agak lama, kebersihan kolam perlu dipertingkatkan lagi.

The bathroom has no hot water. Turning the pipe to the red side still not functioning.

Water hot water shower not working. The shower door cannot lock. Lot of ants in the room. The room need some repair for there was termite damage on the room walls. The pool and pool area was not well maintain. The resort location is near to the beach, but still quite far to walk.

I booked room for 3 person. The moment we entered the room, there was only 2 towels. When I asked for one more since I paid for 3 persons, the receptionist asked me to paid for rm5. No etiquette. When customer booked for 3. Provoded for 3. Apa gila duit sangat resort ni. Sedikit usang resort ni since building mostly dari kayu. Kalau stay sorang tu, scary sikit la.

Cleanliness is not good, and facilities is also worse.

Masuk je ke bilik dah terhidu bau tak enak. On suis lampu bilik air sahaja berfungsi. Alat kawalan jauh tv tak jumpa sebab tak letak tempat sepatutnya. Macam tak berbaloi dengan nilai yang dibayar. Harap pihak berkenaan perlu perbaiki servis.

Old resort not much expectation.

Hotel tidak wajar di beri 3 bintang. Sewajarnya bilik tidak di di terima dalam app untuk di jual. Hotel teruk...bangunan lama,kotor dan tidak di selengara.

Unique resort design with classic wood and near from the beach.

Bilik luas dan selesa, tempat yang cantik, staf yang ramah.

Kepala paip rosak, longgar dan mudah tercabut.

Easy access, cozy and value for money.

Dari segi kebersihan memang kurang memuaskan.

Building designed is nice but bit old. Good location as Bukit Keluang just behind the resort and also island and beach just stone throw away.
