호텔 직원들은 친절했고 호텔과 시설에 대한 충분한 정보를 제공해 주었습니다. 호텔 분위기에는 큰 문제가 없었지만 개선이 필요합니다. 객실은 휴식과 샤워를 하기에 충분했지만, 전기 시스템은 개선이 필요했습니다.

친절한 직원, 푸드 센터와 가까움, 다양한 교통 수단 선택 가능.

저는 3층에 머물렀는데, 모든 게 너무 오래돼 보였어요! 에어컨이 밤새도록 소음이 났어요. 가장 불만족스러웠던 건 세면실이었어요. 냄새가 났고 문이 거의 무너질 뻔했어요.

The place was good since it has a large room. The only downside is that the hallway is stuffed with dirty linens, there is less consideration for travelers, and late/slow room cleaning.

When you're in Singapore and looking for an affordable hotel, this is the right choice. Maybe the room is rather small, but if you're single or a couple, maybe the size is right, but if you have a kid, maybe it's a little bit cramped. The service is okay, the staff is very helpful and kind when you ask for something.

The hotel is clean. View from room is okay. Only the lift is out of service on the 2 last days, but the staff is helpful 👍🏻.

Sesuai harga sih untuk di singapura, kamar mandi kurang bersih, pelayanannya ramah, bisa nitip barang dulu sebelum jadwal check in dan ini sangat membantu sekali buat yang traveling ke sgp, gak perlu nenteng barang kemana-mana.

The room is quiet dirty and not maintain carefully. There are broken in some walls. There is noisy also from outside bedroom. The price is not worthy compares to the facilities. This is my first and last time staying there.

Kami datang disambut dengan ramah dan cepat walau waktu check inn nya lebih awal. Kamar cukup luas untuk berdua, kamar bersih, kamar mandi juga airnya sejuk dan hangat menyegarkan. AC dingin dan service minum setiap pagi tersedia. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan resto halal, MRT stasiun dan shopping centre. Pokoknya puas dan menyenangkan deh. 👍😊😄.

The staff was super nice and they also have a clean room eventho it ' s quite far from MRT but worth the price.

For me everything is OK except the air cond. We couldn't sleep because very hot cannot feel the air conditioner even it was on.

Had a pleasant 1N stay at this hotel. The lady receptionist was sweet and friendly. The room was clean and neat. You can find a convenience stall across the hotel. Many food stalls were nearby the hotel as well. Recommended.

the counter there was no one for more than 30 minutes. the room said there's a fridge but there's no fridge. the bed was not proper. the aircon was not working.

no cleaning. bad smell open room door then toilet so dirty.
