쇼핑몰과 가까워서 위치는 좋습니다. 하지만 호텔이 리노베이션으로 너무 시끄러워서 실망스럽습니다. 호텔 주변이 너무 냄새가 납니다(흡연). 아기가 밤에 잠을 잘 수 없는데 밖이 너무 시끄러워요. 가장 끔찍한 점은 제 방이 3층에 있어서 계단을 걸어야 한다는 것입니다(엘리베이터가 없어요).

1. TV not function (just display) 2. Toilet door broke down, not clean, water pressure very low. 3. Smelly rom. 4. Room not easy to lock. 5. Not worth it.

Door lock problem. The door cannot automatically lock after we go out from room.

Keadaan bilik tidak memuaskan. Tiada sabun mandi dan tempat gantung baju. Terdapat kerosakan perabot.

Lokasi hotel bagus, tetapi hotel kotor dan WiFi mati, mohon ke depannya dicek terdahulu apakah tempatnya sudah bersih, dan jaringan internet tolong dicek, ke depannya minta tolong ditingkatkan kebersihannya.

Waktu itu dapat kamarnya sempit, padahal sempat lihat ke ruangan kamar yang habis check-out itu lebih besar, Mungkin kurang beruntung atau memang karena dia pikir saya hanya berdua. Untuk kebersihan oke cuma untuk cleaning servicenya cuma datang pada pagi hari disaat kita belum keluar jadinya selama 4 hari totally kamar tidak dibersihkan. But with this price, worth lah. Oh ya di sini juga dekat jalan kaki ke Setapak Mall, terus ada 2 tempat makan yang recommend cuma jalan kaki dari hotel ini, pertama bangkok street cuma harganya berkisaran 70k-150K/person kalau mau yang murah meriah dan kenyang ada restoran almujunas setapak kisaran harga. Wajib coba keduanya sih.

The room is in bad condition. The bed is old and almost collapse.. The window can't close properly.

we have check in at around 10pm and mention by the staff that twin bed not available even we have book it. After that during bathing, not water supply come for almost 1 hours 30mins.. We have to wait till 12.30am for water supply. Staff have to mention to us before we go in the room but they did not do so. At next morning, when we bath half way and water supply stop and it make us unsatisfying. Overall we know it budget hotel but at least those basic thing shall prepare or mention to us early.

The receptionist is bad. The room is not comfortable. There is no water supply at the hotel in the morning. Everything was terrible. Not as the reviews on the website and I'm sad.

Tuala diberi 1 shj..itupun setelah diminta beberapa kali siap kena bg deposit rm20 lg. Paip shower bocor. Katil mcm nak runtuh dah..ada lipas lg merayap2 atas lantai. Aircond sgt slow..dah dekat subuh baru rasa sejuk. Air minuman langsung x disediakan.

Tempat lokasi ok, toilet berbau sikit towel xdisediakan, bilik ok untuk penginapan ehari untuk tdo saja kira ok la.

Bilik begitu teruk, tidak kemas, fasiliti tidak seperti di dalam gambar.

Bilik busuk, lampu tandas rosak, tilam kotor, aircond bocor basah barang-barang, jangan pilih hotel ini.

I think the hotel should paint the wall nicely. It's not nice to have wall like that. The curtain should up to the ceiling as the light can still go through the room

Room was dirty, wall was full of writing or who knows whats that, bathroom drainage was clogged, shower dripping, air conditioner is fillthy, seems like the property is hardly maintained at all. I am really sorry that I have to write this bad, but again it was that bad, make a booking for 2 nights, stayed in the room for less than 5 hours, ending up wasting the next day, and moved to another hotel..
