Hotel tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Dinding dipenuhi kulat. Cadar seperti tidak dibasuh Tandas di siling berlubang. Harga tidak setimpal dengan bayaran yang dibuat. Bangunan nampak baru di luar tetapi di dalam sangat mengecewakan. Layanan di kaunter baik dan tempat sangat strategik.

very Bad service, our bedframe were broken, we requested to change the room but unfortunately all the room were fully booked, so the room attendant removed the bed frame, we found all those items beneath the bed frame, the service is bad, the toilet is not clean, water leakage..I do understand its a budget hotel, but this kind of situation must be taken in consideration..Tv cant be used..No towel provided..Even the bedsheet are dirty. The hotel management has to take this in consideration...Worst place...No more to this hotel

Agak memuaskan. Bilik air agak kecil. Aircond kurang sejuk. Berpatutanlah dengan harga.

Check in xda masalah, mudah. Cuma bilik kotor, katil ade banyak rambut, cadar ade kesan kotoran macam tak basuh je, gatal-gatal sikit. Paip bocor dan pintu bilik air susah nak tutup.

Kamar mandi kurang bersih, kasur bersemut. Respon untuk membersihkan kamar lama. Petugas ramah, hanya jumlahnya sedikit.

Bilik bau rokok, cadar penuh dengan air liur, gambar tak seindah yang diharapkan, teruk.

Hotel penginapan bajet yang selesa untuk 1-2 malam, cuma parking terhad jika keluar masuk waktu pejabat.

1 room 2 bed, Amazing! Clean! Idk why peoples say this is bad, but I am here for 2 night and the experience is just pretty good for the budget! Really recommended it! If your main purpose is visiting Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, this is a best place to stay.

staff was not so friendly, bedroom was not so clean but it'll be a good stay for a short period.

Menyenangkan bagi saya sebab dekat dengan pantai hospital air keroh yakni hanya perlu menyebrang jalan saja. Untuk ke lokasi lain lumayan jauh namun tidak terlalu mahal, hanya 10-11 RM untuk naik grab (car) ke pusat kota di Jonker street.

The towels provided contains stains, worst still need to pay car park each time enter/leave even midnight!

Staf hotel tidak ramah, kebersihan sangat kurang, kamar bau dan sempit serta hotel sangat kotor. Very not recommended.

It was my second time visiting Melaka, and I find the hotel was just okay. It's not a strategic place for the kind of traveler I am, whereby I don't drive. For Business Traveler probably more suitable as it's more of a quiet area. The interior design of the room I was going to stay, which is the Deluxe Premier Window was very disappointing, I was given room 106 and it's not up to my expectation at all. The space is too narrow to fit in a double bed even for my cabin luggage and backpack, I end up requesting for a room change but it's a downgrade, so I was given a room at the G Floor just behind the counter which is more worth it as it has a bigger space to breathe. Where I find it more worth it than the previous one. It's just that it doesn't have window, which is totally fine. But whole experience was okay, just that they need to be a little more considerate in terms of interior design of some rooms. Some people would have brought luggage , but where will they have the space to put?

Tangga terlalu tinggi, kesian pada wanita menggandung dan orang tua, sila sediakan lif untuk memudahkan pelanggan.

The room was neat and tidy but there was only one mirror available which is located inside its bathroom. Iron and ironing board can only be found at ground floor. My family and I were staying on 1st floor. They don't have elevator which means the hotel is not suitable for senior citizens. I don't recommend this hotel for ladies and senior citizens.

Just nice for one or two days stay. Pillows could be upgraded to a bigger ones. Customer Service at the reception is average, not so friendly person.
