전체 평가 및 리뷰 D'Resort @ Downtown East

리조트에 들어가는 길은 걸어서 가면 꽤 멀지만 리셉션 직원분은 매우 친절하고, 방은 정말 크고 깨끗하고 안전하고 시원하고 최고예요. 전망도 정말 좋아요.

제게 정말 감동적이었던 순간은 공모전 작품 소개 용지를 인쇄해야 했을 때였습니다. 오후 내내 컬러 인쇄소를 찾느라 애썼지만, 새롭고 낯선 곳에서는 쉽지 않았습니다. 꽤나 스트레스받고 지쳐 있었는데, 로비 직원분이 친절하게 도와주시겠다고 하셨습니다. 이미 밤 10시가 넘은 시간이었지만, 필요한 것을 정확히 인쇄할 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 저는 이러한 친절과 지원에 진심으로 감동했습니다. 그 순간 정말 큰 힘이 되었습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다. 정말 최선을 다해 주셨고, 저는 그 모습을 영원히 기억할 것입니다.

D’Resort에 진심으로 감사드립니다. FHA 싱가포르 기간 동안 평화롭고 감동적인 시간을 보냈습니다. 최근 FHA 대회 참가를 위해 싱가포르를 방문했을 때, D’Resort에서 6일 5박 동안 머물 기회가 있었습니다. 도착하는 순간부터 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 리조트는 아름답고 조용하며 필요한 모든 것이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었습니다. 순전히 대회를 위해 싱가포르에 왔기에 대부분의 시간을 제 페이스트리 조각을 준비하거나 엑스포에서 행사에 참여하는 데 보냈습니다. 아쉽게도 리조트에서 제공하는 다양한 레저 시설과 액티비티를 둘러보거나 체험할 기회는 없었습니다. 하지만 차분한 마음으로 집중하고 창작할 수 있는 조용하고 평화로운 공간은 제게 딱 필요했습니다. 이처럼 바쁜 시기에 필요한 것은 바로 그런 고요한 편안함이었습니다. 리조트가 제공하는 모든 것을 즐길 시간이 더 많았으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다. 하지만 그 덕분에 다시 방문할 이유가 생겼고, 다음에는 가족과 아이들과 함께 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다. 재미와 사랑, 그리고 웃음으로 가득한 즐겁고 기억에 남는 여행이 될 것 같아요. 숙박 기간 동안 따뜻한 지원과 도움을 주신 D’Resort의 훌륭한 팀원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 따뜻하게 맞아주시고 세심하게 보살펴 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 사랑합니다!

매우 좋고 편안한 곳이에요

호텔 주차가 매우 비쌉니다. 처음으로 주차장이 없는 호텔에 묵었는데, 몹시 습해서 매우 위험했습니다. 제 아들이 다쳤습니다.

좋지 않은 오후 9시, 바베큐 구덩이에서 누군가 우리에게 와서 우리의 노래방을 멈추게 하고, 정책이 엄격하다면 생일을 축하하는 방법을 즐기세요. 생일 파티를 즐기기 위해 예약했는데, 죄송하지만 그 장소를 예약하는 것이 슬펐습니다.

We have stayed at the D'resort Downtown East, as a family of 5, for 2 nights for transit. The room is roomy, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is green and natural, with birds tweeting in the morning, you can't imagine it sits in one of the most bustling city in the world. There is a food court/shopping mall complex opposite of the resort with easy connection to free shuttle bus to Pasir Ris MRT station. The way to the hotel we have hired taxi, the way back to the airport we were on public transportation. The staffs are professional and friendly, room service is diligent and maintain best quality. We were glad that we have found the D'resort Downtown East, and will come back again next time.

Jauh dari stop 버스와 jauh banget dari stasiun MRT, jika mau kesini harus bawa kendaraan pribadi. Tidak cocok utk travel yang naik Transportasi umum.

The place is so relaxing, though it is far.

하우스키핑이 일관성이 있어서 좋아요. 나갈 때 항상 깨끗한 수건과 물을 들고 방으로 돌아왔어요! D'resort, 정말 고맙습니다!

The stay provided much needed time away to relax and decompress. There was easy access to food and other services at the nearby mall. The cost of the stay was affordable as well and worth the value.

Dissapointed with the attitude of the staff which is not hospitable.

Large room, we stayed 4 people. Just walk 10min to buss station and MRT. Near buss stop. Near mall. Very clean and there are sandwich vending machine. They have bbq spot and beach too. Very nice location.

Lokasinya jauh dari Downtown, tapi ada mall dan pusat rekreasi didekat hotel ada juga hutan mangrove jadi kalau buat kegiatan outdoor enak sekali.

We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The room we booked was spacious, clean and have amazing view to the sea. Wifi is fast, they provide surprise doll for my kids. However, the room do not have drawer and the toilet is not equipped with bidet. Not many free activities inside the hotel, need to spend more fee for activities such as water park and bike rental. Moreover, they also do not have concierge service. Therefore the guest need to bring their luggage by themself. It is more suitable for the light travel guest. Only few rooms in the second floor connected to the mall. For our room which located in 4th floor and in the other building, it need about 10 minutes walking to the mall.

Kamar luas dan cocok buat keluarga.
