침대 시트와 이불이 너무 더러워요.

Lift is breakdown. My parents have request charge the room to ground floor.

The room is very smelly. The ceiling is mouldy. The bedsheet has red colour stains. Cleaning is not done properly as the hairs is everywhere. Will not return again.

I made a special request to check in early at 9 am. But the hotel staff didn't emailed me anything about the room is not available at the moment. The staffs should inform me earlier hence I had to go somewhere else before I can check in. The worst is I had to attend an event for UTM graduation ceremony at 2pm. I check in at 6pm.

hotel looks clean, however, there is unpleasant smell in the rooms, and the utensils looks old and unpleasant, don't feel like using them.

Nice environment and easy to park

Convenient location, clean room and friendly front desk staff.

Nice very near food stall only staff do not know how to do housekeeping

As a hotel guest should be have a right to request extra room key, cause we are booking the room is for 4 persons. How can just only one room key for us, It is really unconvenience for us.

This is the worst stay I've ever come across. Heater not working. Front office staff not interested in meeting guests. My room is on "do not disturb" but the housekeeping staff still knock very hard on my door and tell me they don't know what is "do not disturb". Called front office staff, she don't even say good afternoon to me and just tell me they are new.

It's my second stay at this hotel. All amenities are provided but the lighting in the room is a bit dim, not bright enough.

The location of the hotel is strategic.. foods & shopping places is within walking distance.. room is spacious .. all the amenities is provided.. should check in earlier in order to grab a good parking spot, the place is more happening at night so is harder to get a car park
