위치는 10점 만점에 8점입니다. 오스틴의 맛집에서 약간 멀지만 걸어서 10분 거리입니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓지만 화장실은 조금 좁을 수 있습니다. 밤에는 차 소음 없이 편안하게 잘 수 있습니다. 다만 옆방에서 누군가 드나들 때 문 소리가 조금 크게 들릴 수 있습니다. 전체적으로 이 호텔은 10점 만점에 8.5점이며, 다른 분들께 추천합니다.

객실은 전반적으로 괜찮았지만, 한밤중에 다른 투숙객들이 걸어 다니며 이야기하는 소리가 들렸습니다. 심지어 투숙객들이 우리 방을 열려고 하다가 나중에 멈췄고, 그녀의 남편이 다른 방을 열었다고 주장하기도 했습니다. 그 외에는 다른 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 그곳에서의 숙박은 꽤 즐거웠습니다.

Awesome-comfy, clean, value for money, great location. Nothing to fault, really.

Not bad at all, eventually extended another night here, definitely value for money compared to all other Hotels prices that went up crazily, superb location ard Mount Austin area, lots of food eateries to suit your choice & not forgetting Durian stalls!🤭. Just that there are no designated free parkings available, so remember to have your parking coupons ready during the day time, for fitness enthusiast just like me, there is a Fitness center for day pass available at Austin Fitness just like walking steps away from the hotel, reasonable price as well👍🏻. Decently good massage center just next to the hotel as well👍🏻. Mount Austin water theme park is walkable too but not sure how is the place rated as read few unfavorable comments of the place, otherwise can always give it a try👍🏻.

Location is perfect for those looking to eat and drink nearby. Service wise nothing much to comment about as there wasn't much interactive at this portion. Cleanliness is acceptable, A lil thick dust at some part of the room. Amenities acceptable for 3 stars hotel. Will I be back? Definitely if the price is right.

Thanks for service... overall it was good... however there is an incident in which room service was done without our permission during our stay there... we did not asked for it and it was embarrassing and dangerous as we left some of our belongings in our room. Staff of hotel (especially cleaner and room service staff) should not have access to our room. It was our privacy and we pay for it.

Very impressive hotel. Love the concept, comfort stay although is only 1 day. But soundproofing still need to be improve, we can hear the noise from outside.

The hotel is clean, reception very friendly and respond very fast when we complaint about the air-conditional system not cold upon check-in, they immediately arrange for another room for us to change. Bed is comfy, room spacious and location is fantastic

Overall is good. Room door card keep on stucking due to misunderstanding between staff. Stayed for 2 nights experienced at least 4 times proceed to counter due to room card did not able open the door.

We're just here for one night, and it was a pleasant stay. We had an executive king room, it was quite spacious. I love the interior decor, it's like modern meets classic opulence. Very clean as well. The water pressure was good, but the water temperature was not stable. Apart from the noise from the corridor, my stay was a great one.
