정말 좋은 경험이었어요. 위치도 좋고, 경전철역도 가까워요. 서비스도 훌륭했습니다.

정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 저렴한 호텔임에도 불구하고 시설이 훌륭하고 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있었습니다. 위치도 LRT 역과 가까워 교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 되어 더욱 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 객실 요금에 청소비 5링깃이 포함되어 있다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

우선, 모든 게 괜찮아요! 편안하고 가족들도 좋아해서 시간 되면 또 묵을 수 있을 것 같아요. ㅎㅎㅎ 그런데 호텔에 다림질할 수 있는 공간도 마련해 줬으면 좋겠어요. 다림질할 곳이 없으면 너무 아쉬워요.

긴 머리의 사바 방언을 사용하는 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

호텔 직원은 친절합니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차가 빠릅니다. 위치는 덜 전략적입니다. 여행가방이 너무 크다면 택시를 이용하거나 그랩을 이용하세요.

All accommodation is very acceptable, cozy, quite room and clean. Recommended for travellers who seek for easy transportation because just crossing the bridge for access bus and train.

Menginap di hotel ini menyenangkan, fasilitas bagus, lengkap sesuai kelasnya. pelayanan ramah, mengerti bahasa indonesia dan inggris. Tempat makan dekat, dekat dengan stasiun kereta juga.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The fact that this hotel is quite new and clean and is conveniently located near LRT station and its half way between downtown KL and Petaling Jaya/Subang Jaya. The room rates are attractive for those looking for a budget stay. However, upon check-in late this time round, I was told that the room was not ready and had to wait for 10mins even though I had booked the hotel three hours ago .. Another issue which I need to raise to management's attention is that I smelled some smokes at the reception even though I didn't notice any of your staff was taking a puff. I thought it was unhygienic for a hotel to overlook its workplace safety and health issue. We found a cockroach in the room as we entered the room. Again, we are dealing the hygiene issue here which is giving us some bad impression. In the end we were allowed to change room without much trouble/difficulty. The TV reception is so bad that we could hardly watch any channel. We fixed it ourselves, and somehow we managed to recover other channels, and the number of channels are pretty much limited and I must say it's boring to stay in one channel for seconds. Lastly but not least, like any other hotels, soundproof between rooms is pretty poor.. For a while, we could hear some noises and doors banging in the next door.. but that doesn't matter to us much, as it's getting midnight and we were too tired but to fall asleep. The comfortable beds is the price we have paid for to ensure a good sleep. Overall, it's a good stay at this hotel and it's definitely worth paying for.

looks more like a brothel place than a hotel to me. rooms and bathroom stinks. bedsheet is not clean. mosquitoes every where. hotel lobby which is not airconditioned.

always be my place to stay. but this time I stay at smaller room than before. and the room is near to the lift. so noisy when people walk outside. hotel need to provide a little coffee or tea for customer to make drinks. there is no coffee or tea.
