세 번째로 여기 머물렀습니다. 위치가 좋고 객실 요금도 적당해서 기대치를 조절하세요. 조지타운에서 제가 자주 가는 호텔입니다.

두 번째 숙박입니다. 매우 아늑하고 조용한 숙박 시설입니다. 셀프 서비스 세탁소 이용 가능. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 정중했습니다. 레스토랑과 명소가 주변에 있어서 위치가 이상적입니다. * * 단점은 제 방의 침대였습니다. 움직일 때마다 삐걱거렸습니다. 특히 취침 시간에는 꽤 시끄러웠습니다. 침대를 제외하고는 숙박을 즐겼습니다.

Small room with no window but very clean and warm, just sufficient to my stay. Location is just 2 mins to food street, within walking distance to street art and chew jetty. I highly recommend this place.

The location was great, you can reach the nearest famous place by walking. Although the room is quite hot, and I can overhear when someone's talking . The service and the staff was helpful and friendly

This is my second time staying at Kim Haus, having previously booked under different platform. The hospitality and the location were amazing and the price was really cheap too. So many places to dine in the vicinity too. Definitely will be back soon! :)

The toilet was unclean (Hair was found on the floor). Sound proof was bad, was woken up by sound from other rooms and also sound coming from the street. Windowless room, air quality in the room was bad.

It's really unsafe to stay in.

Well, we enjoyed our 2 nite here at Kim Haus Loft. The interior were minimalist, but the Negative side is when they don't have Lift to go to the room. Then you have to climb up the stairs to 4th level, which is a bit hard for us, as we came with 2 heavy luggage. Location is excellent, just few distance walk, you can find eateries, Room is clean. Only that the bathroom is really small, if you have petite size body, then it's fine. We stayed at the Upper Loft, distance from stairs to stairs is too high, so we have to be careful when walking down to the stairs in the room. Overall, I gave score of 7 for KIm Haus Loft.

Hotel is nice. The room what I booked is toilet and bathroom is private but is at outside the room and also no lift at the hotel.

First, I ordered from app for queen bed room but I ended up getting double room. ( when I am about to check in, they don't have my name in their guest list, don't know if it traveloka problem to inform this hotel or this hotel didn't check.) and when I ask to exchange room, the queen bed room if fully booked. Well okay, I tried to calm down second, when I enter the room, we smelled that kind of weird smell. I don't know how to explain but, it's really disgusting third when we do check the room, we found out that the room were not clean. As you can see I take a picture for the the bathroom and the room. Omg, I am sure they didn't clean this room properly. There is a lot of dust and even a cigarette at the bathroom a used soap, they didn't change it with the new one. I tell them that we found a cigarette at the bathroom and they give me 0 response! Funny right? Forth they provide you a tv but you need to plug all the wire yourself. We spent almost 30 min just to turn on the tv cause a lot of cable there and it confuse us last one, for the ac, I don't know they service it regularly or not, it's really hot even inside the room. I booked a rm50 hotel but have a better environment than this. This is really depressing experience.

Hotel ini terletak di tengah kota yang mudah di akses ke berbagai tujuan wisata di George Town. kelebihannya : 1. lokasi yang strategis 2. d bawah tersedia cafe 3. ada fasilitas gym 4. unik, banyak photospot kekurangannya: 1. deket pasar, klo pagi bau ayam 2 . lift mati, lantai 4 ngos2an juga 3. gedung bangunan tua 4. kebersihan diragukan, toilet bersamanya jorooookk itu aja

Nice budget hotel, worth more than that but things to improve: 1) Cleanliness. The room full of dust. 2) Services. When I arrived, they gave me a room which not clean yet. It's at level 5. I have to carry all my heavy stuff to level 5 then went down back to lobby. after that gave me another room at level 3.feel the room bigger. however no bath towel. I'm in hurry to meet my clients. need to shower as extremely hot. called reception twice, went down he is playing game and ask to wait the room cleaner will pass to me. total waiting 1 hour to get my bath towel which is unacceptable. this to be improve. 3) Room amenities. Only 2 glasses, no cup for me to make hot drinks. There's a microwave in the room but no plate. Looks dirty as well the microwave. However, I still feel good this hotel. It is nearby attractions and food stalls. Convenient. there's a live band at night at 1st floor. Comfortable room and place. I will still go back this hotel but I hope to see improvement.
