Dalam apartment ok2 saja. Location terbaik sebab pergi mana2 dekat. Terutama art street..seberang jalan saja. Cuma persekitaran di kawasan apartment kotor dan bersepah.

Lokasi dalam bandar, senang hendak ke mana-mana. Apartmen lama tetapi bersih, berpatutan dengan harga. Ada tempat meletak kereta. Tiada lif, tidak berapa sesuai untuk golongan berusia atau yang ada masalah kesihatan.

Staff were friendly. This is my second stay. My first stay, was very satisfied. But at this time bit unsatisfying. Only got one room with one conditioner even I booked for pricy one. Hope the staff should check or reserve the room with good one that tally with the price. Thank you.

The inside of the apartment is in fair condition. The bedsheets are torn, towel look so old. The air-condition was excellent. TV signals was not good. No wifi. Outside was so dirty and smelly. Location is very near to all the nasi kandar.

Rented a 3 bedrooms apartment. Messy surrounding on the floor and stairs. Theres no shampoo or bodybath in the shower room. Television 's remote control not function. Komtar view from balcony was super. Theres no rack or things to hang your towel or used clothes. Overall awesome.

Check in sepatutnye pkol 2 tapi lambt saya dapat check in pkol 4.. receptionist bg tahu yang dorg xckup staff..bilik berhabuk… kain alas katil nmpak kotor..tuala tqk disediakan, pelapik kaki tak ade, yang lain okay harap pihak management dapt improve lagi.. sebab family saya suke stay kat situ cume perlu improve masalah tersebut..

Sebuah apartemen yg sedikit kuno tapi cukup bersih klo untuk rame2 oke lah sayangnya naik tangga (nothing lift) tempat tidurnya enak (king koil) saya rasa cukup nyaman disini.

we got a lot of space in room. the hotel location close to some interest and on bus line rapidpenang. only the stair and bathroom should be considered. thanks

very very unsatisfying. the AirCon is broken and the receptionist guy is not helping at all.

Bilik yang selesa untuk keluarga. Ada 3 bilik & aircond pun berfungsi dengan baik. Cuma kurang puas hati dengan keadaan di bilik airnya. Takada television tapi suasana yang okay je. Betul-betul tengah-tengah bandar, senang nak pergi street art penang, roti canai transfer road. Semua dekat-dekat.

Stayed in their suite apartment but the condition of the apartment is very bad. The water pipe is being broken & loose. TV channel reception very poor. A lot of Aedes mosquitos during morning & late afternoon. Need a lot of improvement for that kind of room charge.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, apalagi bersama keluarga. Salahnya tidak ada lift. Lokasi hotel bagus.

The room provided very convenient for a family to stay. The cleanliness was very good. Many interest places to visit nearby.
