두 번째 숙박입니다. 서비스와 청결이 훌륭하고, 환대도 훌륭합니다.

가격대비 가치가 없습니다. 이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 위치입니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 끔찍합니다. 전혀 편안함이 없습니다.

길을 건너서 지프니를 타고 몰 오브 아시아(Mall of Asia)까지 가는 데는 10분도 채 걸리지 않으며, 집에서도 마찬가지입니다. 1인당 편도 요금은 13 PHP입니다. 다만, 호텔 위치가 인트라무로스 관광지와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 그랩을 이용하면 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 3명이 지내기에 방은 그리 넓지 않습니다. 매트리스는 부드럽고 욕실은 꽤 넓고 기능도 좋습니다. 에어컨이 춥습니다(방에 들어갈 때 자동으로 켜지지 않기 때문에 직접 켜야 합니다). 호텔 메뉴에 돼지고기가 있어서 아침을 먹지 않았어요. 그러니 그냥 호텔 1층 세븐일레븐에서 밥과 삶은 계란을 사세요.

I had an accident and need to be take care. The hotel enthusiastically supported me and provided me with bandages, antiseptic and medicine. I am very grateful for this. The staff is very enthusiastic and kind. Hotel is clean and good position in Manila. I will come back and recommend to my friends.

My hotel stay is a story of 2 halves. Positives: great location if you are going to the attend an event around the Mall of Asia/SMX Exhibition Centre/World Trade Centre. I got a reasonable price for my stay. When I looked at some dates for a future stay the cost was significantly higher so obviously they raise the prices significantly when occupancy is high. The team at the hotel is great. Helpful and pleasant. Negatives: Hotel is old and is in a poor state. The floor tiles on level 6 were broken in places and held in place with cellophane tape! Walking along the corridor, I felt a hollowness on the tiles. Suspect they have popped up but taped in place. The internet is painfully slow. You will struggle if you need to get onto video calls or upload files onto cloud storage. I had an occasion where an attempt to upload 20 + photographs resulted in being adviced by Dropbox that it would likely take 18hrs! I kid you not. Overall, location and the great people touch will mean I'm likely to return but new customers should be aware that if a fast internet is key, this may not be the hotel for you.

I had a relaxing time staying in this Hotel. Close to the Mall of Aisa and accessible to any transportations It is cute, clean and staffs were amazing and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

We had a nice experience while staying here. When we asked for additional toiletries, they gave us immediately. Will surely book in this hotel when we're in Manila.

The stay is super good, food is great. However, checking in takes minimum of 45mins, I don't know why, we arrived around 2:15PM.
