Superb accommodating staff. Elegant hotel. Point to point shuttle service

Everything is perfect! from the moment they picked us up in the airport until we arrived in the hotel. They had their own transportation to hotel so you don't have to think about the fees they charge in the port. They give bottled water and wet towel to freshen up during transfer to caticlan port to boracay port and welcome drinks and wet towels when you arrive. complimentary unlimited mineral water and chocnut in your room. The room was comfortable and clean. They also served ice cream and popcorn. Beach beds was always full so on the first day we didn't had the chance but the next day we make sure we have beach beds. I understand why beach bed always full because of its nice view and the excellent service of Ben, always with a smile on a hot day,seems he never get tired.

This is beachfront hotel, have private beach space so you can lay down under the sun enjoying the day. Best service, always smile staffs, always ask you hows your stay. I can say bit pricey, but compare to what you get, its much worth every penny.

I am greatly satisfied with the level of service that I received during my stay at the hotel. There's nothing much to complain about, only a suggestion that there should be more fans or portable AC at the hotel lobby (check-in area). The dedicated speedboat and welcome center is such a big plus. I am totally happy with it
