알고 보니 M 호텔 익스프레스는 일반 M 호텔과 다른 호텔이었어요. 가격은 비슷하지만 객실 품질이 완전히 다르더라고요. 다른 사람들도 헷갈릴 수 있으니, 익스프레스가 없는 일반 M 호텔로 예약하세요.

20m2 방에 60만 원 주고 12m2 방 받았어요. 정말 웃기네요. 금연실을 요청했는데 흡연실을 받았어요. 수건에 있는 어메니티가 걸레처럼 생겼는데... 더 이상 사용할 수 없었어요. Traveloka 앱이 동기화되지도 않았고요. 체크인하려고 한 시간이나 줄을 서야 했어요. 와. 이제 안 돼요. 정말 바가지였어요. 돈 낭비였어요.

직원들은 친절합니다... 하지만 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 먹을 곳이 많고 인도마렛도 있어서 편리합니다.

직원들은 무례했고 체크인 시간이 언제인지 설명하지 않았고, 물어보았을 때도 그냥 기다리라고 한 다음 미니마켓에서 쇼핑을 하러 가버려서 손님들을 남겨 두었습니다.

Hotel cukup bagus mungkin perlu diadakan perbaikan di tempat-tempat tertentu demi kenyamanan pelanggan serta menu makan pagi lebih bervariatif tapi untuk keseluruhan bagus, terima kasih M Hotel Sorong.

Saya menemukan kecoa dia kamar hotel.

Hotelnya sangat sepi & menyeramkan. Telpon di kamar tidak berfungsi. Shower kamar mandi tidak ada air panas, uda gitu showernya kayak mandi pakai pancuran pipa.

Awal dikasih lantai. 3 karena tidak ada lift kita minta di lantai. 2 lorong benar-benar bau rokok, sampai pusing. Masuk kamar AC mati, mau telp ke recept telpnya mati. Akhirnya harus turun ke lobby. AC bisa segera ditangani, tp kalau telp katanya linenya bermasalah dari centralnya. Yang better hanya sarapannya karena gabung ke Kriyad Hotel disebelahnya, tapi karena pagi itu hujan, PR juga harus keluar hotel dan kehujanan walau jaraknya dekat.

AC kamar menetes dan banyak sarang burung di kamar mandi.

Pertama datang ada masalah dengan kamar, tapi cepat diselesaikan. Untuk kenyamanan oke, sarapan dan lokasinya pun oke punya.

the room is nice, comfort and clean.. and really like the breakfast in the kyriad hotel next to M Express hotel as they are one management.

Sangat menikmati hotelnya, bagus dan nyaman.

Hotelnya jorok. Sarung bantal tidak diganti, puntung rokok dari tamu sebelumnya masih ada, banyak nyamuk, lift tidak ada naik. Not recommended.

Lokasinya di pinggir jalan besar, banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel.
