체크인 시간이 유연하지 않았습니다. 하지만 체크인과 체크아웃 절차는 빠르고 간편했습니다. 50 MYR의 보증금을 지불해야 하지만, 체크아웃 시 보증금은 쉽게 환불되었습니다. 직원들이 요청 사항을 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다. 위치가 동네 식당들과 가깝습니다.

방은 괜찮아요. 에어컨도 시원해서 좋아요. 욕실은 정말 마음에 들어요! 그런데 복도는 좀 으스스했어요 하하하:( 그래도 전반적으로 좋았어요!

단기 체류에는 괜찮은 편입니다. 완벽한 위치입니다. 음식을 찾기 쉽습니다.

객실은 편안하고 호텔 구역은 음식을 파는 곳과 가깝습니다.

point + : 1. lokasi oke, gampang cari makanan, dekat kemana mana. 2. harga lumayan murah point - : 1. booking 2 kamar superior twin untuk 4orang untuk 3malam, yg mana luas nya @ 25sqm with balcony tapi kamar yg kita dapat , superior twin city view , yg luas kamarnya lebih kecil @ 18sqm, yg harganya lebih murah, sudah complaint dengan pihak hotel tetapi di info hotel tidak ada kamar jenis superior twin w/balcony 25sqm, padahal di cek ulang di traveloka masih ada listing jenis kamar tersebut( jenis yg kita bayar ) 2. amenities : pas check-in di info tidak dapat toothbrush tapi hari ke-3, pas balik ke hotel malam hari , toothbrush pribadi kita di buang , di ganti dengan toothbrush baru yg dari hotel, yg bener2 kecil dan soft, tidak enak pakai. 3. housekeeper jarang re-fill toilet paper, soap , shampoo. 4. shower direct dari atas, tidak ada curtain, mandi, air kemana mana, becek/basah semua lantai .

Kamar tidak terlalu besar tetapi fungsional, lokasi oke banget, dekat kemana-mana, gampang cari makanan, banyak pilihan.

I took standard triple room. The interior design is very cosy. The place is very clean and unique. The room is quite small but still very satisfied. I wish they could add on toothbrush and toothpaste.

I had the most pleasant stay here. clean, nice, calm 👌

The room is quite clean & the space is fine for 4 persons. Just the room & bathroom lighting not bright enough, and the shower not functioning well.

Kamarnya kecil sekali tidak sesuai dengan harga.

Surely will stay again for next trip in Ipoh. Room 309 the bathroom was so spacious. But only one problem, please fix your Astro connection because everytime we want watch channel on TV surely no connection. Suddenly gone blank and no reception. Really spoil mood. That’s all. Anyway, thank you Z Hotel.

Tempat yang bagus, dekorasi hotel yang unik, lokasi strategis.

I stayed in room 310. Checked in at 3.30pm thinking to have a short sleep but it was a nightmare. There was an renovation in the next room/at the same floor. Too noisy and I ended up checked out on the same day at 7.15pm.

Firstly in page didn't show the picture for standard double with window, show I just refer picture from standard double with no window, I found it is a queen bed,but after check in , I m shock that they told me standard double with window for their room is two single bed, it is very confused to guest. The weirdest is the design for both single bed,it is back to back, first time in my life I saw this in hotel, normally this type design only apply for Hostel or dorm design.And I check in at late night,but the room temperature very dry and not cool after I on the aircond for half hour.But I like hotel reception theme and design,feel like in home and luxury, overall I will give 8 out of 10 marks, I won't come for next trip but I will remember this ambience environment hotel.Thank you.

Located near to famous chicken rice shops, extremely friendly and helpful boss who gave us a free upgrade of room :)

Good location to stay. Friendly staff, even helped to put parking coupon for guest’s car. Superb!
