We had a great stay, from finding the place, to check in, till check out. There is no lift at the hotel, but its okay because we are not a heavy packer traveller, beside their staff will offer to carry it to our rooms.Their female front office staff, i'm sorry I didn't get her name, is so sweet, when we arrive she even assist our daughter. All of their staff always have smiles on their face when they see us, which make us feel so welcome and happy. The room is beautiful, clean, and feels homey.. There is free coffee and tea at the common area, its a kitchen where you could heat your food, there is utensils provided too. A wonderful place to stay, I recommend..

We had the best bridal shower ever for our friend. We really wanted a cheaper place to celebrate. Not necessarily a hotel. Riverside inn fits perfectly! Budget wise, location, the actual room and of course the service. Penthouse room is spacious enough for less than 10 people. Staff are very kind and accommodating. Always have smiles on their faces :) The TV freezes though. Not a big deal. Very satisfied customer here.

강력 추천합니다! 세 번째 숙박입니다. 객실에 개인 냉장고가 있어서 정말 마음에 들어요. 1층에는 전자레인지로 음식을 데우고 접시와 수저를 빌릴 수 있는 공용 주방도 있어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절하고 도움을 많이 주려고 노력해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 이 지역 최고의 저예산 호텔 중 하나로 선정된 것도 무리가 아니네요. 위치도 좋고 가성비 최고예요.

Makati Riverside Inn is just a 9 minute walk to the nearest malls, restaurants, and bars. I always choose this place whenever I visit Makati. I feel safe and at home. Staff are very friendly.

the room is clean and comfort and the hotel staff is nice

They said that they changed the bed sheet and everything. But when we came back we saw the blanket on the floor and the bed sheet is still the same with the food stains on it. No toiletries provided as well except for the soap and tissue

My friend and I stayed here last December 2018. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room feels safe and quite clean. It has good working hot/cold showers, mini refrigerator, and TV. The bed is comfy. The location is perfect as it only took us 5-10mins of walk to get through Makati ave. And/or Rockwell for leisure or dine-out. Overall, it was a value for the buck. Worth the stay.

Very clean place and comfortable place in the heart of Makati City. Also, accessible to different commercial establishments most especially to restaurants in Poblacion area. Although there is no dedicated parking space for guests.

The place was great! Expensive for its price.. Simple yet elegant and nearby many places that you can hang out at.. Definitely recommended and will surely return.

The room was so nice, clean and we were really comfortable. The staffs are all accommodating, as in! from check-in up until our check out. They even carried our luggage up to our room in 3rd floor. Love how clean the room is. We really had a good staycation. We’ll definitely come back!

좋은 숙소입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 욕실도 좋았고, 직원들은 특히 밤 9시쯤 늦게 체크인을 요청했을 때 매우 친절했습니다. 커피나 차도 무료로 제공해 주고, 미니 냉장고도 있어서 맥주나 탄산음료 같은 음료를 저렴하게 즐길 수 있습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 겁니다.

I had a great stay here; very clean room and bathroom; very accommodating, attentive and friendly staff; reasonable price; plus complementary water, coffee and tea; it feels like home to stay due to comfort.

Very accommodating staff. Friendly. That is more important for me. If a person is not accommodating then i will not be happy staying in their place. Good location i liked the room so much will comeback again.

I stayed for 3 nights at Makati Riverside Inn. My reason for choosing this was because they have restaurant as one of the main facilities based from their site. But it was misleading for they do not offer any food menu but unlimited coffee! 😊😊😊 I am the type of person who does not like going to restaurants to get some food, so what I did was I just asked for food to be delivered at my place. There are numerous restaurants just walking distance from the place, like 500 meters away. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was comfortable staying at this place. I have been to different hotels around Makati, this got to be the most reasonable.
