조금 멀지만 매우 좋았습니다. 방을 제외하고는 즐거웠습니다. 그렇게 기대하지 않았습니다. 와우라고 말할 수 없습니다.

The staff attitude were the only criteria that made the resort bearable.

Frustrating. One particular tall male staff at the reception is rude. We had to request for another room because the room he assigned to us is very creepy, we had to wait long at the lobby. Sayang oras.

Very dilapidated hotel. Clogged sinks, weak AC. Long wait to check out and get back your deposit. Sad, was a good hotel back in the day. Definitely the last time we book Canyon Cove.

Very nice place. But the rooms need renovations especially their floorings. It got moist all the time and the lavatory needs de clogging. But I say I will definitely go back there

The staff are not accomodating. We also lost some of our belongings and they do not have a proper protocol on how to resolve it.

Pro: pool, beach, the view from our room and the breakfast. Con: one of the light is dead which make the room very dark. We inform the hotel and they fixed the lamp. No hot water in our room and the water running is very slow and not too much. There is also no bathtub even though we already request for that. The condition of the hotel is also looks old. I think they need to renovate the hotel to make it look nice again.

The staff were all great from check in to check out. Outdoor looks great you can take awesome photos. Towel and sheets were clean. The hotel itself is outdated and facilities were very old. Rest room looks dirty. Rooms were dark and lacked proper lighting. Food is expensive and too salty. We reported it to the waiter and they gave is complimentary fruits but still, very expensive and we didn't enjoy it. A lot of restrictions. You will be charged for every request. We asked for extra pillow and we were charged 130 per piece. We asked for extra mugs but were refused. Overall not value for money but people were great.

남편과 여기서 결혼기념일을 축하했는데, 남편도 이곳을 정말 좋아하고 좋아해요. 저도 마찬가지예요. 수영장, 해변, 음식까지 모든 게 다 마음에 들어요. 곧 다시 올 거예요. ❤️

Cocok untuk liburan keluarga saja. pelayanan kamar kurang memuaskan. Menginap 3 hari 2 malam kamar tidak ada handuk dan pengantaran lebih dari 30 menit. Kamar tidak ada sandal dan tidak ada alas kaki.

Booked 4 persons with breakfast but only 2 food stubs were given thus, need to pay additional P1 thousand which is not worth it, limited option and food not replinish immediately. I should have just booked two rooms with breakfast. They did not even offer to assist us with our belonging during our check-in. No wifi, telephone not working/no dial tone, tv remote not working, need to go down 5x to the reception area just to request and fix it. Head shower not working. Beach is rocky. Pool is too crowded during the day due day tours accomodated. Restaurant is limited and food is pricy. Fall in line and wait for 30 minutes during checkout.The room/suite has electric stove and microwave oven , mini kitchen, but security guard will not allow you to bring any food inside. Never never again in this hotel.

Need to wait for plates during breakfast. Need to follow up the food. The check in and check out is not coordinated with agent. They said check in is 2pm and out is 11am different in voucher forwarded details. Front desk said they already coordinated it with all concerned agencies.

The room looked exactly at the picture however, the toilet ceiling and toilet bowl have stain and seems old. I suggest for renovation. I booked for superior room and add on 1 extra person, but the room was set up for 2 pax. Only one elevator is working, wifi in lobby is not also working! Food are expensive. Check in time is not accurate!

It's always nice to be back because of the kiddie pool and relaxing view of the sea but please do something about the check in time. Before it was 12 noon for check out but now its 11 but it will took time for the housekeeping to clean the room though they have enough time but still the room and other things inside the room is not clean or washed! Please do something about it and also update the check out time for setting cust expectation! Overall we will surely come back maybe after I gave birth!

The Hotel is perfect for family getaway.

Me and my whole family booked three rooms and stayed there overnight to celebrate my sister's birthday. the kids surely enjoyed the pool. However, the rooms looks old and it has some old house smell. Please bring your own toiletries as the hotel's complimentary toiletries are no good. One of our room's bed sheet (day bed specifically) looked like it was not newly changed. Though they changed it after we called the house keeping. Please note that they do not allow bringing of food and drinks. But the disappointing part is that they do not offer wide range of food selections. There is only one restaurant and one snack bar. The queue was too long when we ordered for food. They have grilling outside the restaurant (pool view) but its too pricey. The breakfast is really disappointing, too. only a few to select from. And take note, they do not replenish the trays immediately. trays were empty for the longest time until someone will inform them to replenish. P500 for the breakfast is not worth it.

Satisfying, relaxing and affordable.

Room is not as clean as expected. Room for 4 comes with free breakfast for 2 people only. Wtf, right? Staff is not polite. Didn't give us value for our money.
