The front desk uncle is very rude, rather than the girl with another same hotel. We are staying here for working purposes so I'm asking him for a receipt to claim in office but the uncle answering me very rudely that they won't provide a receipt and he asked me to show what I have in my email to my office, he said if paid by cash he will give receipt but in online he won't. There are no options for me to book a hotel with pay in the hotel, there is only pay via online. Finally he said print myself and give it to the company. This is how he treats customers. Then I asked him if I would park a lorry with nothing to happen, he answered if anything happened at its own risk this how he behaved to answer. Better change someone with good politeness.

Check in lambat kul 7 pm kena tunggu dua tiga jam baru boleh chek in alasan nya bilik tak siap tak cukup pekerja ramai orang yang check in

Check in kul 7 pm baru boleh masuk bilik dan kul 12 dah suruh keluar

Hotel lama, sesuai dengan harga, untuk tempat tido ok la.

This hotel doesn't provide any water filter/dispenser as other hotel provided. Towel provided looks shabby. The staff not friendly

The room too dirty and so smelly.

Bilik sangat busuk, cadar dan sarung bantal kotor, di dinding ada tahi hidung.

Bilik selesa tapi terdapat gangguan dari bilik sebelah.

Tiada tourism tak. Deposit rm10 sahaja. Masuk senang ada lift terus depan pintu hotel. Bilik nyaman. Toilet bersih. Harga sesuai. Sebelah hotel ada kedai makan halal.

When we check in. The hotel reception guy told us that this is not for 4 people room because of the name of room booked are deluxe. He also said we have to paid extra if there is need too. In booking receipt there was clear mention for 4 people room. So why there isna confusion and took time ro verify that. Please correct it since we are waiting too long

Aircond not function very well. but when I ask the staff to fix the aircond and they do it . and very nice because at the night I can sleep well. secondly the shower was not good. the water that come out are very small. not really best. but act the price and the hotel is reasonable.

I had a nice stayover here. Checked-in late here. However the receptionist was not friendly. No smile on the face and it took almost 10 mins just to check in. Gladly, the room was comfortable enough. It was worth the money paid for a budget hotel.

Boleh lah. Minta tukar langsir gelap. Cahaya matahari mudah masuk.

The staff friendly and helpful. When I request the room he gladful give the room in the ground floor. Really recommend for money wise.😁

Hotel bajet sesuai untuk traveller/business matter. Bilik kemas, wangi dan bersih. Dh dua kali stay dekat hotel ni. Murah dan berbaloi dengan harga.

Aircond dalam bilik berbunyi sangat kuat, tidak selesa nak tidor, mohon baiki.

Room cleanliness can be improve further. Not for fancy stay, workable for transit only.
