직원들은 훌륭하고, 장소는 괜찮았고, 주방용품, 가전제품, 주방용품이 모두 완벽했지만, 훌륭해지기 위해 개선해야 할 점이 몇 가지 있었습니다. 변기 물내리기가 작동하지 않았고, 샤워 커튼이 더럽고, 온수기가 작동하지 않았고, 켜자마자 누수가 있었습니다. 담요와 베개는 누군가가 사용한 향수 냄새가 났습니다. 사용 후 세탁했는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 그래서 제 담요를 덮어 덮었습니다. 짐을 달 수 있는 저울이 있다면 좋았을 텐데, 대부분 여행객을 손님으로 두고 있어서 유용할 수도 있을 겁니다. 다마소는 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 전반적으로 3/5로 평가합니다.

방은 더럽고, 옷장, 온수기 등 가전제품 시설은 고장 났으며, 고객센터에 연락할 수 없습니다.

My cousin waited for a couple of hours before checking in. The guard told him that the room reservation was not prepared. He then, was transferred to another condo with poor internet connection.

The owner was very unattentive. She didn't care one bit about the satisfaction of the guest. Left us sitting outside for 2 hours after our arrival before anyone showed up to take us to our room. Moved us to a completely different building, without notifying us by any means. Room was supposed to have a balcony, it did not. WiFi barely worked. All in all, a terrible experience. Will never rent from this particular owner again. On another note, the building staff was very good. They made sure we had everything we needed. Very knowledgeable of the area.

Over all stay was ok. Place was convenient, right across NAIA 3. They provided toiletries as well. However it needs a little Improvement, i noticed linens needs some laundry. Windows should be opened for fresh air to come in before guests arrive, the room somewhat had a smell, like somebody cooked.
