직원들은 엄청나게 친절했지만 방은 너무나 부족했습니다. 싱크대 근처에 콘센트가 없어서 마이크로웨이브와 물이 거의 쓸모가 없었습니다. 바닥 타이어가 망가졌고 일부는 이미 부러져서 부상을 입을 수 있었습니다. 다른 모든 것은 좋았고 직원들은 이야기하기 쉬웠고, 방에 중요한 물건을 두고 왔을 때 도와주었고, 음식과 기타 개인 용품을 사고 싶다면 대부분 매장과 가까운 곳에 있습니다.

I highly salute the security guards of Dian Suites Hotel in Palanan, Makati. They are professional and always smile to the customers, attentive, and approachable. The accommodation is a perfect place for couples, etc.

Tiles were protruding or loose from the floor. No mini fridge on the room and utensils to eat. Quite okay place to spend the night.

the staff was looking the customers maliciously and smirking. rooms are not what you see in the pictures. its not what we expected.

Their were many bed bugs for almost 2 nights I have been bitten. Though I caught them all it was a bad experience for our stay

It was so so. I booked a room that's a but bigger than what we stayed at. There was no table and chair to use. Dirty towels. Only 1 shampoo and soap was given when we were 2 pax. What I like was we were able to check in early and it was no hassle checking out. The place is also near quite a number of shops like cash and carry and etc..

it's not my firs time on the hotel. they must improve their service like cleaning the bathroom. I suggest to provide a wifi access inside the accommodation.

I stayed for three nights in Dian. The experience was okay. The room price if you book online is far cheaper compare to walk-in price. My first night in a standard room was okay, however the sink in the bathroom took time to subside so I moved to the executive suite on my second day. The bed was bigger and comfy, microwave and mini fridge are provided but I couldn't use them at the same time because of the limited electric power etc... When I was using the fridge, the microwave just wouldn't work. There's no handheld bidet shower for the toilet use, and the water heater wasn't working during my stay. But still, I'd recommend this place to my friends and to you guys. There's privacy in here as long as the guests are considerate to the other guests and avoid shouting or making loud noises especially at the lobby area. The staffs are friendly too.

No warm water, so noisey because of the ongoing construction beside the hotel, no WIFI

The place is good. The only thing that im not satisfied is yung sirang mga appliances. Hindi kasi nagana ang microwave and electric kettle. Bumaba kasama ko ng 3 times for electric kettle lang.

The room had cockroaches and no wifi as advertised. Service is also a no no.

No wifi. TV remote not working. Shower not working. Electic kettle not working. Well you get what you pay for. It's enough for just staying overnight, though.
