The staff were accommodating. No problem checking in early.

The hotel was already outdated. The pillows, and blankets are thin. This should not be a three-star hotel, that’s false advertising. The staff was inconsiderate and was not approachable. Considering I book this so that my parents would have a decent stay in Ilocos where they attended my grandmother’s wake, my dad arrived at 10am and asked the receptionist if he could be able to store his things and wash up so he could go to the wake, but to no avail. They just went back late at night to rest. Then went back to the wake early the next morning.

Maybe it was just a bad timing when we got here. There was an ongoing renovation on the ground floor, I woke up to the sounds of building equipment the next day, it was like 7 or 8 in the morning. I think they also have some problem with their drainage, the bathroom had some unpleasant odor, considering they’ve already put a lot of deodoriser, maybe it had something to do with the renovation. Other than that the staff were great, well, except for one, we were first in line to the elevator, then suddenly one of the crew cut the line, entered the elevator with a cart, and left no room , not even one guest. The location is fine, it’s one trike away from calle crisologo, or 15-20 mins. Walk.
