Staff are so friendly! I booked the wrong branch as I intend to get the Annex branch, as it is near the centre of Vigan. 2 days before the stay Period, Ms Jay Ann was able to help me sort out things and had my booking transfered amidst peak period. After check out they also have contacted me as I left my charger in the room. I get it 2 days after, has we are still in ilocos Norte after our vigan trip. Breakfast is also good! I highly recommend this hotel For those with pet travelling.

staff great. food good. location good (one ride to the calle) guard great. under renovation so we didn't see the whole hotel. anyway we had a great time in our stay.
