전망도 좋고 호텔도 훌륭합니다. 도착한 순간부터 감탄했어요. 분위기는 깨끗하고 평화로우며 아름답게 디자인되어 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 침대도 매우 편안해서 진정한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다.

우리는 무료 활동에 대한 바우처를 받지 못했지만 다른 사람들은 바우처를 가지고 있고 우리는 같은 금액을 지불합니다. 당신의 기준은 무엇입니까? 또한, 우리는 아침 식사를 위해 오전 8시에 왔고 음식이 거의 없었고 리필이 없었습니다.

Rooms facilities are lacking like towels. For all hotels I've been into only solea have 2,000 deposit amount. Employees at lobby area are not entertaining, it may lack of training or tired of the day.

Check in was not smooth. Some staff are not knowledgeable about my 8 room bookings. Even if I told them that each room is under different names and that they will be the one to check in, even if the actual occupants already registered, they still put some rooms under my name so it's very difficult for personal account bills since some rooms are under my name. Check in time is 3pm but some rooms were given beyond 3pm already, Reason for one staff why were not handled with care is because we availed of a promo rate. Ridiculous! All should be treated equally regardless of the rate since we are all paying guests. Rooms, hallways and lobby smell bad, it's like there's septic tank leaking. Bacon in the restaurant is per request and one time only. Why is this so? If they don't want to include bacon in the breakfast buffet then why did they let some guests know that there is available but only per request. One serving is not enough since its very small and were families of 4 per room.

The resort is great for family staycation. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. It does not get really crowded because the place is huge. The staff are amazing. The restaurant food is good at reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

A really great resort to stay with no corkage fees whatsoever. Its affordable. The rooms are great. The pools are well done and maintained with many options.

We've stayed in their Seaview building which to me is quite old but tolerable, and the room is spacious with great view indeed. We've tried staying in their Solea Palm building and I'd say the rooms and facilities in their are quite better and modern. But overall, it was a great quick stay after all. Looking forward for their Waterpark to relaunch! Thank you.

It was a very meaningful stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating and I had a wonderful stay there. Though it was an early checkout, it was still worth it.

Generally the hotel interior is excellent, lots of swimming pools inside the resort with one new pool on new hotel building wing, hotel cleanliness is good but they much do more effort for consistency. This is my 2nd time I stayed a vacation at solea, unfortunately this year there service is way off compare to previous year. Year 2018 stay I feel that they very warm to there guest a simple hi/hello everytime you pass them they are attentive to guest request but 2019 they so much need to improve with regards to there service. However, Solea has lot of potential to be one of the best resort here in Cebu, they are developing there area better which makes more interesting to take selfies and pictures.

Given the newly opened resort with the long established resort like movenpick, the view and facilities have it's own uniqueness and comfort.

It was an awesome stay. They even upgraded our room to a suite! Best resort you will never get bored with lots of activities to do!

The resort was nice, pools spectacular. They have water problem when we stayed there, not enough water for the bathroom. We end up leaving the resort no bath. 😭 Hope they sort this out.
