바로 앞에 해변이 펼쳐져 있어서 아주 쾌적합니다.

그 등급에 비하면 꽤 괜찮은 편이네요...

Kami dapat kamar kurang bagus air shower nya kecil tidak ada jatah air mineral nya sarapan pagi nya tidak ada pilihan.

lokasinya memang bagus namun fasilitas yg di jsnjikan tdk sesuai seperti tidak ada wifi .. hari kedua tdk dpt air mineral diminta ke petugas katanya kami tdk pesan. Petugas yg kurang melayani dg ramah. kamar mandi dg WC bocor.

Untuk harga >1 juta, tidak ada handuk dan peralatan lain yang disediakan, kamar mandi kotor.

Kotor, TV rusak, air kecil dan tidak ada kulkas.

Viewnya bagus, pelayanan lumayan, kamarnya bersih tapi kamar mandinya tidak ada air panas padahal di keterangannya ada air panas. Dan kamar mandi juga kotor. Harga kamar tak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

Bagus, nyamaan, lain kali kalau ke lake lagi menginap situ lagi deh.

Tidak worth it dari segi pelayanan, kebersihan, fasilitas dan lain-lain, kalau dari harga sudah bisa dapat bintang 4 atau bintang 5 tapi fasilitas seperti bintang 2, semoga bisa diperbaiki jadi ke depan bisa lebih maju, pelayan seperti orang baru belajar melayani, tata bahasa tidak diatur, gaya bahasa pelayan di rumah makan fatma jauh lebih baik walaupun model seperti preman tanpa seragam, model preman tapi jauh lebih ramah dan friendly.

Pesanan kamar ga sesuai dgn yg kita pesan, ga ada permakluman waktu kita cek in di FO, kamar ga banget, (kebersihan, ac panas, air shower kecil), kolam renang warna airnya hitam. Maaf saya kapok.

Mati lampu dari jam 20.00 sampai akan check out dan genset sedang rusak, padahal di hotel lain ada penerangan. pagi-pagi kehabisan air, untuk mandi angkut air dari luar.

Pelayanan jelek, pesan 2 bed yang dikasih 1 bed. Nggak ada jemuran handuk hanya disediakan sabun mandi yang lain nggak ada sama sekali.

Hotel yang tidak bagus untuk dijadikan destinasi wisata.

Hotel terbaik di wilayah ini, makananya juga enak-enak. Nyaman, bersih, pelayannya ramah, banyak membantu jika kita butuh informasi atau bantuan

I arrived at 7pm in the evening with two other colleagues, and expected the hotel room is already prepared for us but unfortunately, there was no towel and mat in my room so I could not take a shower that night since it was too late when I realized I did not have those. So the two of us stayed in separate standard room and the other one stayed in sea view room which was also expensive and has no mineral water in the room. Another annoying thing was the hotel labeled us with "local guest from Jakarta" when he spoke with his colleague on the phone. we then understand that most of their guest are foreigners. When I took a bath in the morning, I realize that I didn't have any shampoo and hot water so it was a "perfect" bath time for someone who did not take a shower a night before and sweating. During the breakfast time, we arrived at the restaurant around 7am and found out that the food was gone already, and we reminded the hotel to prepare the food for us and this kind of incidence was the first time for me, I have stayed in many other hotels all around the world and this thing has never happened before. The hotel staff did not seem to be happy with our request and they just said that they were still cooking. I was about to go and run for my morning meeting so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the incoming food. another thing, they served juices for the foreigners but not for me and my two colleagues. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

The hotel did not provide any utilities at all such as water, soap, shampoo. The worst case is, hotel staff staff took bottled water. In sum, while the price is over above average standard, service is sub standard and very dissapointing. Two friends and I didn't came back on the second night although we already paid.

Harga sangat mahal dan fasilitas kamar tidak sesuai. Tidak ada air minum, tidak ada toiletris, AC berisik, toilet kotor.
