Parklane에 대해 뭐라고 말할 수 있을까요? 글쎄요, 제가 가장 좋아하는 곳은 제가 머물고 싶어하는 곳입니다. 세부를 방문할 때마다요. 가장 확실한 이유는 "직원들"입니다. 그들은 손님(저를 포함하여)이 다시 찾게 만드는 사람들입니다. 그들은 다시 온 손님을 알아봅니다(저도 그중 한 명입니다). 그들은 진심 어린 미소로 제 이름을 부르고, 환영받는 기분을 느끼게 하고, 제 선호 사항을 알고, 제 필요를 예상합니다. 이 모든 것이 진심과 예의로 이루어집니다. 저는 특히 최고 경영진 중 한 명인 Richard 씨가 호텔에 와서 제 숙박과 식사에 대해 물어보았을 때 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 저는 2024년 3월에 마지막으로 머물렀을 때 그를 처음 만났고 그는 저를 기억했습니다. 와! 어쨌든 그는 세부에서 진행 중인 이벤트와 다가올 이벤트에 대해 알려주었습니다. 하지만 저는 Fiesta가 좋았습니다. 경영진이 호텔 손님과 상호 작용하는 방식이 그래야 하며, 그것은 손님의 안녕에 대한 관심을 보여줄 것입니다. 다음 직원들은 Parklane에 머물면서 저를 들뜨게 하기 위해 최선을 다했기 때문에 언급할 가치가 있습니다. 마누엘(서비스)-에델리토(제가 처음에 파크레인에 묵었을 때 상호 작용을 한 첫 번째 사람). 도심에 있는 사랑스러운 장소입니다. 뷔페가 훌륭합니다.

직원들은 친절하고 매우 전문적이었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다.

Love buffet and their cafe. Love the fact that they have a gym and pool and its accessible to anywhere. Love the location and staff. All in all a great experience to me and my hubby.

The only thing I wish they did better was the breakfast menu. I'm pretty sure Cebu has more sweet delicacies than just puto maya. If you're truly distinctly local, show it off! I would have loved to see more local food than the bread selections. Also, they're currently renovating so the pool is only open at 5-9 pm (closed on Thursday for maintenance). The gym facilities were great, just beware that it 's usually crowded by 8 am and after 6 pm. The hotel 's closeness to the mall is another plus. All in all I have no regret choosing this place.

Check-in late as we arrived late. Appreciate reception for easy check in. Room was clean and space is enough for 2-3 people, not small also not super big. Had a good breakfast too!

The hotel is at the center of Cebu's bustling city, at a walking distance to Ayala and Metro.

Well-maintained facilities. Hospitable Hotel Staff from arrival till departure. This will be my accommodation of choice in Cebu for now.

Was not given the room we were supposed to get. No bathtub inside the rooms.. is this false advertisement or what?!

I booked the hotel knowing that the pool renovation will finish on 22nd of December 2018. Unfortunately, they are still working on it until the time I stayed there. It wasn't posted in app that they are still renovating until now. Everything else is okay. This hotel is old.

The services they offered was awesome; their facilities are good.

Very accessible to mall and other establishments you need to unwind. Had a good sleep and breakfast was good. Staffs are accomodating.

So lurve the breakfast buffet. We had free newspapers in the morning & left at the front door. We just don’t like the bed, it’s too cute. It’s too different from the sample picture. Wi-Fi was intermittent. Overall, it was a fantastic staycation!

We booked for a Deluxe Room but when we checked in the hotel we got an upgrade of an Executive Suite Room which was even beyond our expectations.

The room was good and enough for me and my family. I'd love to bring the whole gang next time. Staff are accommodating and amenities are well-maintained. Overall, our stay had been memorable. Thank you!
