전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sarrosa International Hotel and Residential Suites

체크인할 때 방을 내주는 데 거의 1시간이 걸렸습니다. 수영장과 헬스장 이용이 불편해서 로비에서 다른 엘리베이터를 타야 했습니다. 전반적으로 편안한 숙박이었습니다 😀

One of the best hotels in Cebu in terms of the overall package! I highly recommend it😊. Pro's:▪︎They were so kind to allow us to check-in early.▪︎Whatever you need, they are just a call away.▪︎They even let us leave our things after check-out.▪︎Staffs are very accomodating and approachable. Con's:▪︎A bit far from the city center.▪︎Could use a bigger bathtub - we came because of this so a bit disappointed.

Friendly staff and nice hotel room. But the air conditioner is not making the whole cold. Maybe wrong size or lack of freon. 😊

The hotel's obviously old based on the room we got, but the staff were very accommodating— our check in went fast and smoothly. My only complaints are 1. Its location. Traffic can get really bad outside. As we booked cabs, it was a struggle for them to make a u-turn given the really tight drop-off bay. 2. The water. Heating was faulty and inconsistent. You had to wait for a good 5-8 minutes for the water to turn warm, then it'd go back to cold again after a while. Nonetheless, our stay was overall okay. Very minimal inconveniences. If you'd like to stay at a fairly priced hotel without the trouble of going back to it after a tour or so, Sarrosa is pretty well-known by cab drivers and is nearby tons of malls, attractions, restaurants, etc.

Grand Deluxe room: Good value for the money. + spacious room, well carpeted, & huge CR w/ bathtub. Amazing interior design, polite staff & westernized hotel experience. You can ride “beep” goind to Ayala or IT Park for only 8 pesos. - Intermittent Wi-Fi Creepy pool since it’s in another building. You still have to call the front desk & request them to open since they’re afraid of slippery floor/lift. We haven’t tried their breakfast buffet due to some appointment, but will definitely will maybe some other time.

The place was surprisingly spacious and staff was very accommodating. Will definitely go back. Spent our NYE at Sarrosa☺️

check in takes 2 hrs to wait, food was so bad that it has less choices, no pool, shower has damaged adjuster.. i will rate it zero

The room has no bidet, we requested for a dipper because they are not contented to only wipes after using toilet, as part of our hygiene, and they say they try to check if they have a dipper. In fairness request granted. No hot water in our shower room. The water in the pool seemed dirty when we swam. We got some itchiness after. But anyway, surprisingly the room has 7 beds (we are 6) and the bed is so soft.

3rd time to stay and generally ok for the price. Bad that pool is under renovation during my stay.

We actually had a great stay in the hotel. Just the wifi that concerns me. Slow unstable wifi.

The shower was terrible. Their water is so small and old.

Everything was fine except at the bar I asked for a white russian cocktail they told me we do not have sir, but I I see kahlua and vodka and I ask if they have milk but yet they insisted they could not make me a cocktail because it was not on your menu. I find it very sad that I had to order two shots and a glass of milk and make the cocktail myself. Your staff needs to be more service oriented also the food in the restaurant is not very good. Other than that everything was fine rooms are clean and staff's are friendly.

AC don't feel any cold. it is disappointing

The stay was great. They only have limited choice of food for breakfast.

Asked for fresh juices, they were out. Asked for service water, they sent us a thermos of hot water which is ridiculous since the room comes with kettle. No hairdryer in the room. But, clean and spacious room, good bed, good water flow, good wifi, good TV reception, and good front desk personnel. The only problem is the in-room service staff. Overall, a good stay. Will recommend.

It was all good except that the shampoo is not very foamy.
