It was a pleasant stay at hotel durban. The room I booked was clean upon entering. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and nice room except the not so soft pillows also you can hear even small steps in their hallway from this standard room that has no window.

The room was very clean, comfy and cozy! The staff was attentive to the needs of their guests and I also loved the accessibility of the place. I would have rated 10, however because of the noise ( I was mostly disturbed by the doors closing and opening) I wasn't able to sleep quite well. But if noise doesnt bother you at all, this is the best place to stay. 8/10.

stay where pleasant. clean space just the time request for extension here through app didn't guarantee and when I ask on the lobby the day before checkout I request if I can extend they said its fine but the next day they said it isn't and they fully book. just it's disappointing as I presumed I have more time.

It was a very relaxing stay. Stayed for two night- check in and check out was smooth new towels- hot and cold shower awesome location ac is superb! Super worth it for the price very presentable! With tv, lamp and mini fridge staffs are nice no toiletries included no bidet overall very worth it for the price you pay

Great location. This is my third time staying there. My only concern for this stay is the air conditioning unit. It kept turning itself off during the night (i didn't set any timer). Just tips - don't drink their water. Taste like cold unfiltered tap water. Just buy water bottle from convenient store

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and the toilet was nice also even their shower. Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. Will book again in the future.

The room was bigger than I expected. It was just right for 1 person and amenities are basic. I just hope they’d install a bidet. Also, walls aren’t soundproof though. I was awaken by a noise coming from the next room. 😑

Hotel room clean, refrigerator available, drinking water on request, daily cleaning, quiet at night -> able to sleep well, there was no light switch beside the bed but a lamp, socket next to bed available, towels, soap/shampoo in a dispenser in the bathroom, good quality aircon, friendly staff, front desk helped ordering Angkas motorcycle taxis and GrabCar, check-in procedure well organised, good value for money

I really recommended this place as aside from each room are organized and clean, the staffs are great and humble 😊 and friendly.

The hotel has a clean and comfortable bed but rooms aren't sound proof so you can hear even the little noises in the hallways. There are also clients who are too loud and even playing around outside the hallways. Our sleep was interrupted due to unnecessary noises at around 5AM so we left the hotel with an unsatisfied rest. Hotel personnel are to weak to reprimand unwanted clients.

location was superb. accessible to restaurants, 5 minutes walk from my office. the staff, very accommodating and welcoming. Hopefully they will install bidet for more convenience.

Great room, very nice! Modern. Comfortable. Very nice staff. The doorman was great! Although, the luggage assistance was kind of slow to remember to assist my wife upon checkout when she called for assistance. But overall a great stay.
