It was so relaxing. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food they served during our stay were buffet breakfast. Good food! Very delicious! The hotel was great for relaxing, quiet place and not a busy area. Near to the places we wanted go. They have a bonfire at night, good for family bonding or with friends. I will definitely come back and stay again.

Excellent hotel, good food! We ordered the Family Room. We got a queen size bed on the 1st floor and 3 single beds on the 2nd floor, but they only provide 1 bathroom. We got the highest floor and in front of our balcony, we can enjoy the pine forest. Although you’ve checked out from the hotel, you still can put your luggages there while enjoying the Baguio, no extra charge! They have 2 options of restaurant, Western and Filipino’s food.

2017년 12월 31일부터 2018년 1월 2일까지 그랜드 시에라에 묵었습니다. 서비스가 훌륭했고, 저희의 모든 요청에 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 분위기도 훌륭하고 매우 현대적이었습니다. 그랜드 시에라 파인즈 호텔은 전반적으로 최고라고 생각합니다.

Generally satisfactory. the restaurant is at the annex building and the way going to it is partly covered. during rainy season guest can get wet going there. the resto is substantial and food and service is excellent. enjoyed staying in the hotel. its highly recommended place to stay.

시내 외곽에 위치해 있어 위치가 완벽하고, 마인즈 뷰 공원까지 걸어서 15분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 조용한 곳에서 휴식을 취하고 싶다면 이곳이 정말 좋습니다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고, 레스토랑도 아주 좋습니다. 정말 좋은 곳입니다.

We came to visit Baguio for a weekend holiday, we checked in late at around 4PM and they welcomed us with a nice room as stated on the coupon that we availed. Upon staying for quite a while, my husband found out that there was a leak in the bathroom. We called and we asked to transfer room, by the time the maintenance checked that they cannot fixed the leak they transfer us to another room, smaller. They informed us that there was no available room left. The staff did not even apologize. The food and the building was good, relatively new. Also comfortable, it was maybe just a bad timing for the leak. Overall, we will still consider going back.

호텔은 분위기가 좋고 교통량이 적은 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 마인즈 뷰 파크와 굿 셰퍼드까지는 도보로 10분이면 갈 수 있어 교통 체증과 주차 걱정을 덜 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 이곳에서의 휴가를 즐겼고, 앞으로도 꼭 다시 묵을 것입니다.

호텔에서의 모든 순간이 정말 즐거웠습니다. 아늑하고 편안한 분위기, 고요한 위치, 멋진 전망, 넓은 객실, 예술적인 복도, 풍성한 조식 뷔페, 경비원부터 FDO, 웨이터까지 따뜻하고 정중하며 쾌활한 직원들까지, 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 호텔의 건축과 인테리어 디자인이 정말 훌륭했습니다! 바기오에서 멋진 경험을 선사해 준 그랜드 시에라 파인즈에 감사드립니다.

This is the best hotel to stay in Baguio!

Second time and is still worth it. The place is very relaxing which would give you reasons to stay longer. When you go out of the hotel, you'd realize after na it's better if you'd just stayed in the hotel, the place is very comfy and the staff are very nice. Actually, I find it surprising which is not common with other hotels is that the staff here always find ways to give comfort even with the very little gestures, even as simple as offering a shot of whisky kasi it's very cold.

The place is very good. It is clean and peaceful. Have also availed of their spa services that made it even more relaxing. Meals in Atrium are good and are not too expensive. Staffs are also friendly and accommodating.
