Stayed in a double deluxe room for Mother's Day. Room was large and well-made. Towels were clean and fresh. Pool seemed to be heated as it was still warm at 6pm. My only issue was with the breakfast service. It's supposed to be open 7am-10am. We arrived at 9:45am. While food was still out, they no longer seemed to be replenishing it and I had to keep asking. First, no more utensils. Then I had to ask for more jam, and then fresh fruits. Buffet should be open and complete until end of breakfast service.

Pool is very cold. Doors are not working well. So disappointed.
