The room was okay . Our stay was satisfying . The thing that they can improve on is the parking . The first come first served policy ( with no guaranteed slots ) is stressful to guests .

There were small cockroaches in the living room. I think the room needs to be fumigated. No towels and toiletries given. Have to go down 3x to ask for flat iron

This hotel has a good location. The problem was, the lobby or the information desk was separated from the main entrance of the hotel. Then, upon entering the room there are small cockroaches on the floor as well as in the restroom.

Not clean. Not well maintained. A few small cockroaches inside the room.

Room was quite fine. The only thing that was awful was the cockroaches that roam around the room. Not just 1 or 2 but there's a lot of it especially little cockroaches. I guess the room isn't maintained well. Also the aircon was freezing literally on ice causing the room to be in hot temperature.

The room not available how come still can book? Even the towel doesn’t have?

The unit given to us is not well-maintained. Expectation vs. Reality. But two thumbs up for the pool.

No access to the pool. Very poor customer service.

We went there at exactly 4:30PM and to our surprise, the room was still not ready, the linens were still not changed. We waited at the lobby for an hour, our time was wasted because we were supposed to attend a party around that area. The guest who checked in before us opted in for a late check out but when the guest left the Front Desk mouthed "Ang arte naman". How could they utter such words if they are not giving their best of service. Room was located near highway so expect noises of car honking. Totally rude. cell reception is bad, low signal. would never stay at this hotel again.

Staff needs to practice more courtesy and professionalism. Check-out took a very long time to process because there was apparently no staff who can check the rooms. Also, staff needs to be more discreet in asking for tips. I was only carrying one small backpack that staff insisted to carry to the room when I first checked in, and was very blatant in waiting for additional tip.

I had a convenient stay at this place, it's clean and very convenient to my purpose of visit. You can cook and you are accessible to minimart for basic needs esp for short time stays. The reception immediately replied to your queries and request. I would like to stay again in this place.

Great room, great bed, great aircon.

My experience with Concierge room was awesome. One thing that is remarkable on my stay is the cleanliness of the sheets. I’m a person who is very particular with the beddings and linens because we all know that some hotels, guesthouse etc are not changing the linens specially when they saw that its not really soiled. Kudos!

It was so convenient. I had to attend a concert near MOA and it was one of the nearest places. The unit we stayed for a night was very clean. You just have to bring your own toiletries. The view outside was also nice. For my next travel, I’d choose this place again. Thanks for a pleasant stay! Also, the staff are very accommodating. P.S. You to pay Php 1,000 as security deposit which is refundable when you check-out.

Different from the internet post. Basic kitchen as promise from the website is different. No available dish wash soap, rugs and toiletries, and no parking. I hope you will provide what has been advertised by your establishment.

Very nice surrounding. I like the pool so big. Perfect stay we will surely stay back here again.
