Receptionist is not friendly, especially for Asian, perhaps too many tourist in phuket. Breakfast is limited, hotel should be only 3 star not 4, location is strategic. Next time find other hotel

Resepsionis kurang dan staff kurang pandai berbahasa inggris, namun cukup membantu, ada kolam renang dan bersoh, hanya saja kalau pesan transportasi ke bandara jangan pesan melalui resepsionis harganya lebih mahal, silahkan kluar hotel ada bnyk agen bis harga sesuai tarif.

I stay for holiday with my dad in deluxe room for 2night we arrived at 10.30am , so we need to wait about 12pm for check in so we just stay at the pool first till checked in after enter room , deluxe room have balcony with city view , all facilities are completed like kettle, toiletries, towels, coffe and sugar , 50 channel tv. The price we paid also very cheap about 40usd for 2night the price we paid and the services we received is very good. The breakfast also are good, the main dish you will need to choose about 5 of choices and others are served at restaurant, please note if you want halal or no bacon or pork , please tell the staff , other basic food like bread , coffee , chocolate, fruits , coco crunch and other are served while breakfast, just take , they also provide free coffe/tea/chocolate between 12pm-3pm for the pool located at 8 floor , its good with nice view , they also provide pool towel , so no need to bring towel but the pool only operating 7am-7pm the location also was great , front of 7e and at sansabai road which famous route and also near famouse place like mall , bangla street and beach . Please noted you will need deposits 1000bath when check in which will return after check out. So overall I received 4 star services and give ratings about 9.3/10

웨이터/웨이트리스가 너무 친절했고, 방도 깨끗했어요. 저예산으로는 더할 나위 없이 좋았고, 방라로드와 파통비치에서 가깝고 음식도 맛있어서 별 5개를 줬어요. 다음에도 또 묵을 거예요 👍🏻

Hotel stay was acceptable and good location to seafood area. However, hotel front desk did not give breakfast voucher and I still need to pay for breakfast which had included in booking!
