Concierge is plusplus! Very consistent with their service! This Hotel is one of our favorite getaway!

A lot of procedures for check in and registration which are not stated previously . Government ID and taking of picture was required during the registration by smdc ( probably for security purposes ) . Guest could be better informed. Also the manner of speaking and dissemination of information by security guards can also improve. being nice to tired guests will go a long way. The hassle of checking in and registration and the ‘rudeness ‘ of guards will make a guest think twice in booking again.

The staff is very nice and approachable. The room is clean however at the bathroom there are some small cockroaches. Nevertheless, our stay is wonderful and very comfortable.

Worst experience! Service was not good from guard to lobby staff! No wifi! No cable even local channel! No parking! Bed not in good condition! They charge P40 per hour! Room and bathroom smells stinky! Don’t ever book in this condo!

Customer service was good. And experience. I just hope next time they can give heada up on what floor we will be allocated so we can make changes

The hotel has good location. The staff were nice but I just don't like it that we have to pay to use the swimming pool. Stayed in another accommodations are much cheeper and there's at least two complementary swimming pass. Also the tower give to us is so far.

Giving it an awesome review because we were allowed to check in 2 hrs early, and the room was clean, with complete and working appliances, size is just right and good for 3 pax, plus our tower was close to the amenities. Our room was also in the 2nd floor only so convenient for going to and fro since elevator use was limited since only 2 elevators are working to serve 23 floors of the building. Parking may be a bit far from the buildings but not an issue since we only park once and paid for 2 overnight parking for P200. We’ll be booking our next hotel stay here again with The Concierge. It was really an unforgettable pleasant stay.

I booked a premium room and they give me a standard cheap room. After 30 mins of arguing with the concierge customer service they give me the room that I booked. So we have to wait an hour just to be transferred and this is unacceptable because they try to ripped you first and if you did not complain they will put you on a cheap room even though you booked for a premium one. I will never booked with concierge again.

Very accommodating staff. Space is much spacious compared to other one bedroom smdc rooms. Cozy room furnishing and clean. Location is good and near sky ranch. All other facilities such as pool has a fee.

Everything is good except for microwave, it's not working. We eat cold foods all day.

The location was great. However, the parking area was too far from the unit. Also the check-in and check-out area was far.

Awesome experience but of course there are still things na not satisfying like yung karupukan ng mga gamit and yung unavailability ng mga basic toiletries. Bath towel and tissue ang available sa nakuha namin. Pero nevertheless everything is smooth and fine.

It’s a nice place to stay and the cost is cheaper compared with hotels around. The kitchen ware is complete if you intend to cook. In the morning we walk around and the view is very nice especially their park since it is very clean and wide. They also have nice swimming pool area and sports area. There are also stores and fast food chains within the vicinity. We will stay there again in our future visit.

parking with 40php per hour very bad!

Although the service is great, the room given to us was small and has no balcony. It was just not what i expected.

The place was clean. Things we need were also provided. We really had a good time to relax and enjoy the stay.
