This hotel's staff was accommodating just like when we first booked back in 2017. Simple vintage quite modernist design and still good breakfast buffet. However this time the room given was not so well maintained. The shower was really either too hot or too cold and water supply will take you forever to finish bathing. And there were leakage here and there inside the bathroom. Quite disappointed and it was way far from my expectation of what experienced back in 2017 :( . I hope they will renovate and maintain all of their rooms.

Staffs are friendly, though we have ac and shower heater issue, staff’s friendliness made us never mind the issue.

Room and cr were clean. Polite staff. 6 cars parking space inside. Buffet breakfast and brewed coffee.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel. Me and my friend are very grateful that we booked our stay in Vigan with Hotel veneto de Vigan. On Valentine's Day we saw many dinner tables beautifully decorated. The hotel is in very good location near Calle Crisologo. The breakfast serve in Filipino buffet style. We reached the hotel very early at 5.00 am, we have to pay 900 pesos for early check-in and we were willing to do that as we were super tired by night bus from Manila. In the night, there is colorful laser-light on the building make the hotel look very beautiful. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The only problem was that we forgot to put the sign "do not disturb" before go to bed. In the late morning we have twice call from room service. We have to get up, go out of the bed and tell them we wouldn't want them to tidy a room for two times that morning. So if you plan to get up late, make sure you put a sign "do not disturb" before go to bed.
