호텔에는 발전기가 없었습니다. 객실에 전화가 없어서 프런트 데스크에 연락할 수 있는 걱정이 있습니다. 침대 시트에 구멍이 있습니다.

Check in process was fast. But the hotel has no elevator. We were asked if we needed Assistance bringing our bags to our room which is in the third floor since we have a luggage with us and we said yes. We waited for about 15 minutes but no one came to assist us and so we ended up bring our things on our own.

The hotel is nice, it smells good in the lobby. Room is great. We booked the junior suite. It is spacious and bathroom has bidet (one important factor for me) We changed room. First room intended for us the tv cable was not working and the room itself was not clean well, there were hairs on the floor. The hotel has no elevator so it was a tiring walk going up in our room (our room was at the third floor). There is a bar/restaurant in the building and it is still our favorite hang out place every time we are in subic. Downside is the breakfast. It is just an ala carte with a little variety of food to choose from. (They never served breakfast buffet) I hope they improved on this and set a breakfast buffet just like the other hotels in subic when they are fully booked.

The location is great! Love the environment in the area .. close to the SEA. Very relaxing .. rooms are ok

It was good overall, staff were friendly and helpful. but the breakfast meals need to improve, it was too unhealthy and not much options.

The staff were very accommodating and efficient
