The room was quite-huge and spacious, and the location is a walking-distance to Robinsons Manila and US Embassy. However, cleanliness is questionable since there were more than 50 cockroaches present during my overnight stay in the Hotel. I was able to kill more than half of it. And the rest were still there. I think they have to remove that blue carpet that was laid in the floor because most of the cockroaches hid underneath it. Also, the room I had was so near to the main road where noises from cars and others were loudly heard even when windows and doors were closed. If I could rate it from 1-5. I’ll rate the cleanliness to 0.5 at its lowest due to plenty cockroaches waiving at me even joining at me while I ate in the table. What was most incredibly funny, I sneeked inside my bag and holah I brought him in the airport when I opened my bag there. Too much supply of cockroaches huh! Hope the management will eradicate this and strongly implement pest control and maintenance at its finest. Thank you, anyway!

I like how spacious the room that was given to us. It was very simple, but clean enough for us to have a good stay and sleep. It's the ideal location for those who are only staying for 1 night and have their interview at the US embassy the next day. It's also beside 711, which is open 24 hours and where I bought coffee. Inside, near the lobby are also a ticketing office where I was able to print my ticket. All in all, it was convenient for me and my mom.

the staffs are so accommodating and the place is so spacious, I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to have an interview for us visa.

The room is very spacious but the aircon is not working well. The AC's temperature is already 17 Celsius (should be cold enough) however the room is still warm and I was sweating. When I asked help to fix the settings, I was told that the AC is fine and the room is just big. I hope you can be more accommodating to your costumers.

This hotel has a good location, but cleanliness must be improved next time.

It is very accessible especially its located in the center of the city of manila. The room is big but the aircon is not that cold. And there are a lot of cockroaches inside the room.

Stayed for 3 nights but there was no room cleaning or house keeping every morning.

The Hotel itself was good but there service is not good. Poor wifi signal actually no wifi really plus when they clean the room the just make it quick that there are still lots of dirts left most in the bathroom and under the bed and lights was so dim and later it's totally off we have stayed there about 15days.

No room service and iron service. Phone cuts off from time to time when used.

The room is big and spacious. The bed is comfy. Aircon and water heater is working. The location is good, near convenience store. Food stalls and more hotels! But there's a lot of baby cockroach in our room! The water sprinkler is dripping too! But overall it was a good stay, good for travelers who wanted to sleep at peace without spending too much money. I love the place! Oh, and also, the blanket is so thin. I wish they can give their customers a good blanket next time. I would definitely recommend this place for travelers with very tight budget. Didn't expect to have a great room for a cheap price. Definitely recommending this one.

The room was spacious and the aircon was good but what I don't like is the bathroom, I really expected it to be clean but there is a bad smell, although its a shared bathroom it should be cleaned regularly to avoid having a bad smell. And also when I arrived at 1:30 am at the hotel, there was no blanket in my room so I requested one the next day but I still have to go twice at the reception area for the blanket, I don't know maybe they just forgot about my concern.

WiFi was super slow. Sheets were old. Not worth the price.
