Worst hotel! Never again... definitely will not recommend this hotel

Never again! This is the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness, room accom... even in the restaurant buffet are it's full of flies flying around the buffet table! If only i can refund my next night i cannot tolerate 1 more night staying here with my 2 kids!

accommodating staff, rooms are spacious, breakfast needs to improve

No elevator, need to walk upstairs (we are on the 3rd floor). Rooms are big. Overall, our stay was great.

It's a great experience staying in this hotel, for me it's more than what is expected. Plus an advantage to a walking distance Malls within the SBMA. Staffs are very friendly.

Their hotel are dirty, it's like the housekeeping this not change it.

Overall experience in this hotel is great. Needs improvement: Must have an elevator. We were not able to swim cause the duty on the pool want us to wear a white or lighter t-shirt. Few choices for our breakfast.
