I reserved online. My flight for the day was cancelled so I needed a place to sleep overnight. It was my first time to try SoGo hotels, I know its reputation but I only needed a good and cheap place to rest (like 24 hrs). Since im arriving very early in the morning I requested during the booking if they can adjust check in time to an earlier time however there was no response. When I arrived in the Hotel they were not expecting me, I waiting 10~20 minutes for them to check my booking however they could not find my booking and instead they let me logged on their records. Seriously, what was the purpose of booking online if they cannot retrieve the records?? What if they reserved someone else on the room, where will I go then?? The room was ok, I can sleep and was comfortable, however the comfort room was not very comforting. lol. The floor had water and was always wet, the water cannot flow to the drainage pipe I think. The lavatory drainage also was not ok, I just washed my face then when I looked, the water was already overflowing on the it. The toilet bowl flash pressure was not ok also, I think if I used it it cannot even flush out completely. Overall the room was ok (bed and sleeping), comfort room was not ok. I stayed in room 332 that day,
