Check-in time is 2pm and I arrived at the hotel at 8pm however I had to wait for them to have an available room for me. This was a very disappointing experience. After my long trip, I was tired and hungry so I was anticipating to rest in my hotel room as soon as possible which I have booked in advance. It is quite unacceptable for them to be unprepared or to be unaware about their booked guests.

Charges for food and extension has to be settled at a certain time. It would be more convenient if incidentals like such are settled upon check out. Pillow itself together with the pillow case smells like old money. Maybe the housekeeping doesn't pay much attention to it. Sink was not thoroughly clean as well as the toilet and bathroom floor. Stains are very much visible. Staff were acceptably warm though.

At First day the room is dirty, small space and too old. Insect everywhere. Second day they let us transfer to executive room, but bad experience done

great hotel and accomodating staff.
