가장 큰 문제는 와이파이입니다.

The room is nice and spacious, and clean. The bathroom is somewhat OK. I hope they change the shower head 😁. The food is a bit pricey 😁🤭, but the staff are all nice and approachable, accommodating, and friendly. They always answer and serve you with a smile. I'll definitely check in there again 🥰.

호텔은 썩어가는 상태입니다. 대대적인 유지관리와 리노베이션이 필요합니다. 끔찍했습니다! 바퀴벌레가 있습니다. WIFI가 작동하지 않습니다. 공공 화장실과 객실 욕실은 역겹습니다. 천장과 창문은 악몽과 같습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 그들이 불쌍합니다.

The photos were old photos and we requested for a replacement for a towel/tissue-they never gave us one.

Lokasinya strategis dekat mal, convenience store, lokal food, dan hiburan malam. Kamarnya sederhana, namun berasa seperti tinggal di apartemen orang lokal. Minus-nya hanya AC-nya berisik aja 😄

First and foremost, no parking area available from the hotel. 2nd is aircon unit need to undergo maintenance in my room. Very hot.

The good thing is the staff are very friendly & accomodating. But I think the hotel is too out of shape and this is a management thing, not staff. 1. Wifi is not even good to browse or do zoom calls with, I bought 20 gb mobile data just to be able to join my remote meetings. Sometimes the wifi will work but its very intermittent. For those who know some tech, I did an endless pingtest and the Ms. Can jump to 2000 or rto. Didn't bother with speedtest. 2. The room is cleaned but I think there's a limit to how clean a 40 y/o hotel can get without renovation. 3. Ants. Everywhere. You eat food in the room, not even 30 mins later, you have ants. 4. The 19 or 22inch TV is just good for decoration. It can't even display channels clearly. Get ready for a migraine if you try to watch TV. 5. No cockroaches, meaning the cleaning staff is doing their job well. But ants is still a big nuisance. 6. Ac was cold but very very noisy and was leaking water on the floor. Conclusion, this is a good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. Just sleep. No TV, no net. I really appreciate the hard working staff too. Close to robinsons place so location is good. Really really needs a complete touchup.

The room condition is not good. Very bad.

The facility is poor. Their CR is not presentable. Cr door knob was hard to open. Bed is hard, not comfortable to sleep. Elevator only up to 6 floor supposed to be 7th floor. Elevator works has defective.

Not clean, fire hazards as per posting outside the hotel. Ongoing maintenance.

Nice accomodtion & staff, guard very friendly.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Though it is old, it doesn't diminish the fact that the room is well maintained, very clean and roomy also. Being near to Robinson ' s mall was a plus. I would come back and recommend this to my friends.

I had a relaxing stay and the room was clean. It had a miniref that we really appreciate. 2nd time to stay here and it did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very near Robinson ' s Place mall.
