고객 서비스가 매우 형편없고, 음식도 형편없습니다. 경영진이 이 문제를 조사해야 합니다. 직원 교육도 필요합니다. 세미나가 필요합니다. 서비스가 형편없습니다. 사람들이 너무 느리게 대응합니다. 프런트 데스크 직원 교육도 필요합니다. 다른 부서와의 협력이 형편없는 것 같습니다.

In general, people in Sur provide top notch service. Room for improvement include: 1. Food- really not good, even the breakfast and the NYE dinner. They were scrimping on the lechon and sushi. And they were really bad. For 2.2k/head, not worth it at all. Their food service is also very slow so don't go there to eat. So for the 4 days we stayed, we ate lunch at Two Seasons next door. 2. Allowing people to put stuff on the cabanas to reserve even when they don't show up for hours! Management should have a policy to address this. We were there at 6:30am with stuff already in the cabanas and people didn't show up until 10am. If someone else tries to take the cabanas, the waiters themselves will say it's been reserved, even though that's not allowed. Maybe huge tips were given. I complained about it but nothing was done. 3. Guard at the beachfront. Not friendly and nice. We were asking for towels for our kids and he was very rude about it. Good parts: 1. The guard at the back gate! Great service! 2. Happy hour! 3. Location

Hotel is far from the crowded area. Staff are so pleasant and very accommodating.

Good deal hotel in station 1, very friendly and accommodating staff. Few comments though: no swimming pool, not so good tasting breakfast, room given to us was on the 4th floor in-spite of requesting to be on ground floor since I was with my senior mom and door locked got broken.

수르 보라카이에서 정말 멋진 휴가를 보냈습니다. 숙소는 정말 훌륭했고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 특히 가족이나 친구들과 함께 휴가를 보내고 싶다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

Very nice hotel. Room is big for 2 and clean. Staff are courteous, very near the beach. Highly recommended. Will definitely book the place again.

Service is great and I will give 9 as rating. It could have been 10 but noticed that the bar tender is having her moment of inclemency when I asked if we can still order drinks after 11pm. Well she could have answered politely :)

Great place to stay in Bora/Station 1. Beach front was amazing. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. They were all very attentive to the needs of their guests. Room is not too big and not too small (stayed in Double Deluxe). Very clean and room smell was fantastic. Food (ala carte) can be improved but still okay but buffet breakfast was really nice. Got surprised that there were a lot of choices for such a not so huge buffet table. Highly recommended to those who want to stay in an affordable yet excellent hotel in Station 1.

The good: beach front property, allowed us to check in an hour earlier (1pm) on a peak season, front desk personnel very accommodating. The Bad: room assigned to us was beside the street we could hardly sleep from all the noise of the vehicles passing, room was at the 4th level and there’s no elevator, walkway to the beach from room has no canopy and it gets muddy when it rains, beach front property but doesn’t have enough beach beds to cater to most guests. They only have 6! room is small, no safety deposit box, no place to hang our wet clothes (which should be a must for resort hotels). The bad: We checked in on New Years eve. They were preparing for dinner buffet so kitchen was already closed when we got there, which was fine as this has been explained when we checked in. What was appalling was that they told us that we can still order drinks. We tried, several times to get the attention of the staff but they were too busy preparing for the buffet. When we finally got someone to pay attention, she motioned for us to wait as she was still fixing the table topper. We felt like second class citizens. We felt robbed as paying customers. Robbed of the service we expected from a hotel that promises just that. We didn't pay their exorbitant rate just to get dissed by their staff. Not just once. I get that they were busy preparing for the buffet but that shouldn’t get in the way of giving their patrons the service that we deserve. Their only redeeming factor could have been their beach front lounges which was non existent because they had to make way for their buffet set up.

작년에 보라카이를 처음 방문했을 때 정말 마음에 들었던 곳이에요. 그래서 올해 결혼 1주년을 기념하기 위해 짧은 휴가를 위해 보라카이에 다시 방문했을 때, 수르 리조트를 예약하기로 했어요. 리조트와 해변이 정말 편안하고 깨끗하며 조용했어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.
