Quite expensive for a transit hotel. Bed was very hard, bathroom has molds. If it's not for the convenience of not having to pass through immigration line, Novotel is probably a better & cheaper option.

Best option for long transit in Suvarnabhumi Airport!

My 2nd time staying there, my only note is the breakfast menu the same as my week earlier stay

It's the best option for a layover inside the airport especially if you are travelling with family. The drawbacks would be the expensive price and for light sleepers who could be easily distracted with sounds, as sound of people outside walking or the constant announcement could be annoying. One thing also is that the hotel needed to state beforehand that you need to deposit 20 us dollars, as not anyone bring us dollars with them. Luckily they also accept other currency.

Room facility and cleanliness are fine. Breakfast is just okay. Price is relatively high. Overall, it is great.

Exactly what we needed for our 5 hours transit. A bit expensive but worth the money. We would also spend similar amount of money if we didn't opt for hotel stay. Dinner for 3 people, etc would probably not as much the hotel cost. But in the hotel we get to take nice shower and rest in a comfortable bed. Which is very important if you are traveling with a young toddler. Plus the price is already included dinner
