훌륭해요... 일찍 도착했는데, 리셉션에 계신 여자 직원분도 정말 친절하셨어요. 감사합니다.

잠자기에는 편리했지만 가격이 좀 비싼 편이었습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 다양했지만, 따뜻한 음식이 아니라 그냥 따뜻했습니다.

Good room good location, a little bit pricey.

Greeted with upleasant and rude front desk lady! Attitude was worse than checking in at 2 star low budget hotel and this hotel is definitely not low budget.

Booking kamar untuk 6 jam di family room (4 bed). Ada tambahan sekitar 60 SGD (3 adult, 2 children). Free meal hanya untuk 2 orang. Fasilitas oke. Bathroom oke. Anak anak bisa tidur dan kita bisa istirahat dengan baik jika transit lama di Changi.

Pelayanan memuaskan. Makanan enak.

A bit too expensive for a windowless room with average cleaning. Couldn't sleep well. The staff were really friendly and polite though.

Food option too much but taste so common. Room clean as well. only the Food need to improve

A great escape from long transit issue

Hotel transit yang praktis, jika anda merupakan penumpang transit maka hotel ini salah satu yang tersedia di dalam changi, fasilitas standar, Harga agak tinggi.

This is hotel is very nice when you want to transit at airport more than 6 hours, price quite expensive but worth it because this is transit airport, when you go to shopping and put your shopping bag then go again to shopping so its mean shopping like heaven!.

Hotel ambassador sangat bermanfaat jika kita transit lama, kita bisa istirahat, santai jadi kalau berangkat kita sudah segar. Hotelnya bagus, bersih, sangat oke harganya.

This hotel is perfect for a transit hotel because the location is in the airport and so is convenient to keep the cabin bag and then walk around the airport. And also to refresh the body and have a rest before continuing the flight.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly but overall the room was good.

check in process are smooth. rooms are okay and quite spacious. having a good night sleep before continuing our flight.

it was not a fancy hotel, but nice and clean considering it is in the aiport. however since the hotel fare is based on hours(block of 6 hrs), at the end maybe you'll end up paying more if you stay more than 6 hours.

The receptionist is not friendly and welcome, most of the plugs didn’t work, didn’t give bottled mineral water. If you want to stay in Changi transit hotel, better stay at Aerotel Terminal 1
