my roommate told me that he so grateful, because we have staying with comfortable. that hotel have clean lift and big mirror in the lift. we always take a picture in the lift. they receptionist also give us key chain for gift. that price is so cheap. but they serve its so better. maybe I will staying here again.

The guest checked in at 1430 but still there was no available room yet. The drain in the shower area was clogged so we had to change room

The room smells smoke. I think the one stayed before me was smoking. I dis not sleep well because of that because I am not feeling well.

Room very old. Dirty and build dust on every corner. Bathroom molds and toilet not flushing properly. And bidet so oily. Phone so dirty as well. Lamp with food spill from prev. Guest. Only the guard is friendly and hospitable.

Poor in room service. Need pest control. Cannot sleep well because of cockroaches everywhere inside the room. Water slow in supply. Room lights need repair. Location is good.

Very disappointed. Misleading!!! It says in the description, it is 35sqm, but it is just about 18sqm room.

rooms are really messy and housekeeping is really bad

The place is dusty, including the dining tables in the 2nd floor. The comfort room door does have any door nob. The walls are unpleasant. Plus there are cockroach when we entered the room for the 1st time.

Service was not good. TV was broken, wifi was not working, not clean.

The first room assigned to us totally mess! 2nd room is also not good. 3rd room not so good and with small cockroach on the bed and tv reception is not good as well as the network signal is very poor!

I booked a premium standard room but they give me a petite room and very old and dirty one. I'll never come back in that hotel and never recommend with my friends. The front desk are not friendly and the room is damage.
